The Space:
This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful newly refinished hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms, porch on the side and grill outside on the patio. "2ND BASE APT 2" is a second level (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Kitchen, Separate Dining Room, Living Room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s as well and one room is set up with a King bed and the other two bedrooms have a Queen Bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “2ND BASE APT 1” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 as well, with the same exact layout.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Downstairs Apartment 1 washer/dryer for laundry is in the basement. Upstairs Apartment 2 washer dryer for laundry is in the apartment. This driveway is shared with 2nd Base Apt 1, Shortstop Apt 1 and Shortstop Apt 2 which is right next door. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the dining room table and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance.

Staying right on Main Street and a short walk away from the restaurants and bars, gives 2ND BASE and advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet away from the "downtown noise".

2ND BASE is centrally located between all 3 baseball camps.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 30 days of check in; 50% refund within 7 days of check in; no refund after that. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds.

It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on a 6 night schedule listed below. We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.
