The only two things not included are pool heating:

Outdoor Pool and Hottub Heat: $45 per night plus tax (recommended between September and April)

🚗 Getting Around 🚗

Orlando International Airport is a 28-mile drive from the Vacation Villa, approximately 30 minutes in normal traffic. The best route is to take I-4 and 417.

Disney World is only 12 miles (20 minutes) away from the Vacation Villa via exit 62 on I-4. Universal Studios, around 20 miles away, can be reached in about 30 minutes.

For other adventures, the Kennedy Space Center is about 70 miles away on the Space Coast, while Port Canaveral Cruise Port is around 72 miles away on the East Coast of Florida.

The first floor offers a King Master suite with an attached bathroom, double sinks, and direct pool access. A Bunk Bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeping 3 young kids) and a full bathroom are also present. The laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, and formal dining area provide added convenience.

The second floor comprises seven bedrooms (3 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin) and four bathrooms, with two shared among rooms. Another lounge/living area with a large TV and comfortable sofa sets is available for relaxation. The game room on this floor provides Ping-Pong and Pool/Billiards for both adults and kids.
