Walking distance to Red line and many restaurants and activities such as NOHO arts district, Studio City and Tujunga Village. 1 bedroom 1 full bath, sleeps up to 5.

Brand New!! First time on the MKT. Fully renovated apartment all to your self. Will easily accommodate 4 guests with an inflatable bed for additional guests upon request for an additional fee per guest after 4 guests.

All new stainless steel appliances, full fridge, stove, over oven microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

Quartz counter top, Modern Backsplash, brand new soaker tub and all new fixtures, central air and heat.

All the amenities you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay with luxury essentials for an unforgettable retreat.
Complimentary WiFi, Flat Screen TV both in the living room and bedroom. Luxury 1000 thread count cotton sheets and comfortable brand new matress set.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and luxury bath robes are provided.

Beautiful, Peaceful Retreat
In and area of California where the pace is frenetic here was an oasis for us. Form the minute we met Juli and entered the apartment we knew this was a good fit for us. Located in Valley Village the proximity to the highways made it easy to get around. The apartment had all of the amenities you'd expect in a rental. We will definitely return when we next visit the area. Thank you Juli!

Comfortable, modern, and accessible to all LA landmarks
I booked a last minute trip to LA and needed a 1 bedroom unit. I was very fortunate to find this gem in the heart of Valley Village(LA), which is close to all the major landmarks in LA. The condo is completely refurbished with a modern flair that rivals your finest hotels. In addition, all units is this small complex have been refurbished, which provides the feel of a brand new building. The shared courtyard is perfectly appointed for each unit and provides seating for that morning brew or a nighttime glass of wine. The condo is close to the freeway, but far enough to maintain a quite and peaceful atmosphere for sleep. The bedding and the ample amount of pillows provided a perfect nights sleep for my wife and I. The central A/C unit was also a nice touch as it kept the home at room temperature despite the temperature flux in LA during our stay. This small 1 bedroom unit was big on style, comfort, and convenience. My sincere thanks to Julie for her attention to detail and her willingness to ensure our stay was a Great one? I will definitely stay again, and again, and again.
