Guests come back to our condo year after year! It is the beachcomber floor plan which is the largest plan of the two-bedroom condos at Splash. We just completed a huge renovation that makes our condo even more desirable. We took out the carpet in the master bedroom and replaced it with beautiful tile that looks like hardwood. We took the old tile out of the master bath and used the same new tile that is in the master bedroom, it is gorgeous! We also put in all new stainless steel appliances and new cabinets in our kitchen. We added a new oversized chair to the family room and added two smart tv's that now hang on the walls in both bedrooms.

VRBO is changing rate schedule and error in the system is allowing guests to check out on days other than Saturday. I only book Saturday to Saturday with a 7-night minimum from March - October

Rate includes taxes & cleaning. Guest pays $35 fee (total) for parking and pool passes directly to resort.

There is an additional service fee charged by vrbo for online booking based on the price of the particular week you are renting.

* We had guests who had to leave due to the hurricane and we refunded them 100% and also refunded future guests 100% who were coming the rest of this month. This has not been the case of all owners, unfortunately.
We had guests reserved every week this summer and I refunded every single one and started over with a couple rebooking with me thankfully!
