He house is very nice... located in Santiago ( north of Mazanillo ) high on the hill.... a little out of the way.
Lots of nice restaraunts, shops, markets in the area.
Fantastic view, sunrises, frien dly neighborhood, most gracious hosts
Great location for exploring Manzanillo and surrounding attractions and villages. House sits high in the hills overlooking town and port. Fabulous views and endless entertainment from the neighborhood. Modern, comfortable house. GuillMe and Mari just some of the nicest people ever. Perfect place to stay to get beyond touristy places and experience Mexico but still have a high degree of comfort.
Thank you, we loved having you and I’m glad Mari got to meet you as well. Glad you enjoyed the place! Thank you for the kind feedback...

Great treatment by the hosts
Centrally located, easy way to transport to main beaches and attractions. Very spacious and comfortable house.
The property is large, very comfortable with an exceptional view of Manzanillo. The owners were very accommodating, really nice people.
The kitchen and bedrooms were properly supplied for a hassle-free vacation.
We enjoyed our stay.
The home was great. It was everything we needed, and exactly as described.
This beautiful Casa in the hills was our home for 2 months this winter. The house is fairly new and a had all the conveniences we needed. The wifi was better than any hotel we've ever stayed in Mexico. The neighbourhood is traditional Mexican, families off to work and school every morning. Roosters, dogs and cats shared by the neighbourhood. The neighbours were all friendly and helpful, but speak only Spanish. We had fresh, warm bread and tortillas deliverymen come up our street every day and the food was amazing. At the bottom of the hill (3 blocks -easy walk down) the local grocers sold everything needed on a daily basis, and the fresh fruit and vegetables tasted fresh from the garden. Something we miss in Canada in the winter. We walked down the hill each day to the market or the beach. There are miles and miles of beautiful beach with rather few people on them compared to other touristy places. We saw very few vendors on the beach/street and they are not as intense as vendors in places like Puerto Vallarta. We did find the last 3 blocks of the walk home a bit too much in the afternoon heat, so we would take a cab for 50 pesos....It was an amazing experience very relaxing and met lots of nice friendly people in our neighbourhood and expats staying there for the winter. The owners family was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed or had questions about. I was glad i studied a bit of Spanish before going, but translation apps are very helpful too. We took side trips to PV and Colima City. We had never been to Colima and found it very unique, with lots to see. We hired Florentio from Carazon tours to tour us around the city and small towns around the volcano. His english is great and he is very well informed, he showed us things and places we would not have found on our own. The bus to Colima is 1 hour and cost 100 pesos. A very cheap way to see the country.
