Come and live the experience of beautiful and comfortable house just one block from Paseo Montejo the most commercial and cultural street of the city and Convention District.
It has great location near restaurants, coffee shops and walking distance to museums and City attractions.
Throughout the day is easy to get a taxi, Uber, Cabify and local buses.
The house is spacious with 4 independent bedrooms and 4 bathrooms convenient for up to 6 persons but in some cases upon request we could host even 8 visitors.
Each rooms have air condition and remote control, good quality beds, mattress and linens, mosquito net on doors and windows. Bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, body soap and enough towels.
It has an original kitchen with all the necessary if you like to cook or prepare a special meal! If interested we can offer a cooking class experience!
Enjoy its interior patio and the backyard where you can have breakfast or just relax and experience the tranquility and peacefulness of the environment.
You can also refresh yourself at its living and dinning rooms while enjoying the breeze a beer or a cold wine.
For you convenience there is a laundry room upon request an extra charge. Feel free to use all appliances and furniture indoor and outdoor.
Safe and potable water is available at your satisfaction.
In the backyard you can find a terrace where you can have a wonderful times.
If you are using a car it can be parked outside the house at no cost. The whole neighborhood is quite safe but if you want there is a parking lot just across the street for an extra fee of $18 pesos per hour where you can leave it during the day and overnight.
Santa Ana is still one of the most remarkable and traditional Merida's neighborhoods in downtown. You have the church, its plaza and the market. The hole neighborhood is quite safe as well as the city. You can walk to Montejo Avenue to visit the museums and on Sundays ride on a bike.
On Saturdays there is a Mexican Night, that is one of the most traditional activities of the city just steps away. It is a very quite and cosmopolitan area from where it is easy to reach the most interesting spots of downtown and some of the most fashionable restaurants in town.
However, walking Merida is very recommendable but you should take care from the sun and the temperature.
I do not live in the house but close by, 15 minutes, however I am available 24/365.
At your arrival I will meet you and explain all you need to know about the house, Merida and its amazing surroundings. There is also a instructions letter with basic info including emergency numbers.
