A DREAM VACATION RENTAL! It is the first time it has been on the rental market. Newly constructed in 2016 with utmost care to detail and interior design. Maximum of 14 guests welcome. Each of the six bedrooms has brand new furnishing, high-end mattresses, and quality linens. There are four walk-in shower baths and one tub bath all finished with custom tile work and coordinated towels and accessories.

This home is a three-story structure with an entertainment area that has a pool table, ping pong table, and saltwater pool with spa. Home overlooks the water and has a view of the bay down the canal.

The first living area features three guests and one master suite with two en-suite baths and one shared bath. All bedrooms are equipped with large flat-screen TVs. South Beach style cable railing staircase leads to the top floor and has a huge kitchen, dining, and living room area. It also has an additional guest bedroom and bath. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers. The kitchen has a fabulous island area that sits six, a large apron front farm sink, stainless steel appliances including a sub zero glass door refrigerator, and a wine bar. The dining room table seats 10 people and opens onto a large wrap around porch area overlooking the pool.

The ground level area has a welcoming entry that flows into a large game room area with a pool table and ping pong table. The home also features a passenger elevator. The covered patio area has comfortable seating and lounge chairs surrounding the beautiful heated saltwater pool and spa. Wander out to the dock area and gaze at the water or catch some fish. Who knows, maybe you will see a manatee or a dolphin!

There is a launching ramp at the top of the street if you have jet skis or kayaks. The home also has a large, circular driveway with ample parking for four cars.

While only being the first year on the market, this home has exceeded all expectations of guests and ratings are five-stars. This is truly an upscale, executive home and perfect for any occasion.

NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart for your stay. We provide high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.
