Upon entering the foyer, you will immediately notice the stately details and high ceilings. The main floor living space offers comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and access to the pool deck. You will also find a second living area upstairs with flatscreen TV and access to the balcony. Just down the hall from the first floor living room, you will find the kitchen. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating for two at the island, and gorgeous coffered ceilings. The formal dining area at the front of the home has seating for up to ten people.

The master suite on the first floor offers a king-sized bed, access to deck, flatscreen TV and private grand bathroom with separate shower, bathtub, and vanity. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with a twin size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and a hall bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. One bedroom offers a king bed, another bedroom offers a queen bed, and the last bedroom offers 2 queen beds.

The outdoor space features a large screened porch, deck, outdoor kitchen area, grill, pool, and spa.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

This pool cannot be heated. The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
