Zero stars if I could!
I’ve been vacationing in this resort for 5 years. This is THE 1st time I’m leaving such a terrible review. The pictures of this house is beautiful… it’s another story when you walk in, furniture is old and ripped, furniture broken or missing, rugs are stained everywhere and rippled, nothing was clean, we made a pile of stuff from other people staying there before us… the house smells like a old musty basement, there is so much water damage in almost every room. Cockroaches are EVERYWHERE! Dishwasher, cabinets, showers, patio of the pool, you name it I will assure you, you WILL find them, the pool is absolutely disgusting black in every corner, all patio furniture was rusted and broke, I could go on and on. I messaged the manager of this property and still haven’t heard from them. I would of left a much different review had her and I worked together to fix some of these issues. We went out and bought tons of cleaning supplies and cleaned the house top from bottom and we even left them the remaining cleaning supplies we bought just in case they had any interest cleaning the house again before the next victims stay there or maybe they would want to use cleaning products to clean the house instead of not cleaning it. I should of known with the reviews below but I just couldn’t believe what the people below were saying VS the pictures online. Shame on me. I never thought in the 5 years of coming there that there would ever be such a house such as this. It’s sad.
