Our fully equipped, ocean view studio condo, A-517 is located on the 5th floor of the Aloha Tower, and is accessible by elevator. Thermostatically controlled, Central Air Conditioning, cools the unit . Our condo has a comfortable King Bed with new mattress, and a new Queen pull-out sofa bed. It has been recently remodeled to include new stainless steel kitchen appliances, drapes, carpet and paint. The Resort is set on 11 acres of exotic tropical gardens, along one of the finest stretches of Ka'anapali Beach, just 1/2 mile north of Black Rock. Swim, snorkel, paddle, or sail directly off our white sand beach in warm, crystal-clear turquoise water. Lounge by two adult swimming pools, kiddie pool, or spas, with cocktail and food service from our on-site, full service restaurant, Castaway. Relax in chaises under the trees on the peaceful lawn adjacent to the beach, or grab our beach umbrella and chairs and sink your toes into the sand. Spot Humpback whales directly from shore between November and March. Golf at any of four nearby championship golf courses, or play next door at the Royal Lahaina Tennis Club. Ride the "Free Green Ka'anapali Trolley" to shopping, restaurants, and hotels for entertainment or luaus just south of Black Rock. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or the most important meal of the day, 'Happy Hour', at the full service Castaway Restaurant, situated beachfront. Or, simply, sip a glass of wine on our lanai as you watch the sun set over the ocean after another perfect day in paradise.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. Our policy allows cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival, with an immediate refund less a 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of deposit. Owner will make every attempt to re-book the property. Should owner succeed in re-booking this time frame, we'll be glad to refund any pro-rata share, less the 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. Please note that VRBO/HomeAway's policy states that if you cancel a reservation, and a partial refund is issued to you by the property owner, the "VRBO/HomeAway "Service Fees" including any booking, payment processing and service fees will not be refunded. They might credit their fees back to you the next time you book through VRBO. This is their policy, and I have nothing to do with it, but I feel that you should be alerted to it. *** I STRONGLY SUGGEST OBTAINING "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE" *** COVID-19 restrictions have been suspended. However, if there were to be a resurgence... ***NOTE*** I cannot be held responsible if you do not provide the State of Hawaii with proper, mandated travel documentation and a negative COVID-19 test. The State of Hawaii will only accept “NAAT” (Nucleic Acid Amplification Test) from a certified “CLIA” Lab (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment). These tests MUST be administered by a Hawaii “Trusted Testing and Travel Partner Lab”. This test MUST be taken within 72 hours of your departure to Maui, and the negative test results AND travel documents MUST be uploaded onto your cell phone and given to your airline BEFORE boarding your Maui-bound flight. No exceptions! (ONLY WHEN MANDATED)

MKV is an Aqua-Aston Resort. Aston charges a daily facilities fee of $25.00 plus tax which includes a package of amenities including; parking for one vehicle, complimentary morning coffee & tea, free local phone calls, use of the newly remodeled fitness center, free oceanfront yoga & water aerobics classes, beach towels, pools, spas, shuffleboard, BBQ's, use of the locked coin-op laundry facility, rides on the "Free Green Ka'anapali Trolley" to the larger hotels & restaurants south of Black Rock, and Wireless Internet access throughout the property, (with use of own device). These fees are payable directly to Aqua-Aston upon check-in.

CLEAN & DISINFECTED: Our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized by trained housekeeping and maintenance staff according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. Complete systematic cleaning protocols between guests guarantee no cross-contamination. Wearing gloves and masks, they use hospital-grade, EPA approved disinfectants. All surfaces are sanitized, and all linens are processed in commercial, high-temperature washers and dryers. Only one staff member at a time who has been verified with no signs of illness, is allowed to be present in the condo. While undergoing cleaning, the windows are opened to provide maximum ventilation. After the condo has undergone cleaning and sanitizing, it is inspected by the head-housekeeper to insure all guidelines and protocols have been completed.
