Summary:
Come feel the magic of Malibu. Step through the door onto the teak floor, feel the breeze through the giant sliding doors, and all your worries will melt away. Whatever your pleasure, Modern Malibu will satisfy: hike in the mountains, surf the waves, stroll the sand, or lounge in the hot tub.

The Space:
Our space is ready to provide you a comfortable, enjoyable stay, with 3 bedrooms and 3 spacious bathrooms, laundry, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, a hot tub, surfboards, paddle boards, and kayaks. Hiking trails are close by, as are restaurants, shopping, and the Malibu Pier. We provide fans in each room, however the house does not have AC, so expect to sleep with some windows open for air movement (that means you will hear the waves).

Guest Access:
The 2 bottom floors of the house are yours, including your own private deck with a propane grill & hot tub, and private stairs to the beach. Also privately yours are 2 kayaks, 2 surf boards, and 2 stand up paddle boards. There are 4 parking spots available. Please note: previous reviews mention a rooftop deck, and that is on the 3rd floor which is not part of the rental currently. We previously rented all 3 floors of the house, for much larger groups.

The Neighborhood:
Within walking of Topanga Beach, Thai Cholada, Reel Inn. Quiet beach.

Getting Around:
4 parking spots are available in front of the house. Having a car will make it so you can go where you want, when you want.

Interaction with Guests:
We are a phone call away, not on-site, but are able to provide help in case of a specific need or issue within an hour or two.
