Freshly renovated October 2023 with over 2,250 square fee, our beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in the popular Orange Tree vacation home subdivision sleeps 10 comfortably and is just a 15 minute drive from Disney.

Free wireless internet, full size crib, and high chair all included at no additional cost for your use. Memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. Stainless steel kitchen appliances. New tile in all bathrooms.

A 50 inch flat screen TV in the family room, flat screen TVs in two other bedrooms.

Our home is licensed by the state of Florida and have a 24/7 property management company on site to ensure your comfort.

The perfect environment for guests looking for an Orlando vacation with a home away from home feel, relaxing amenities with the privacy and spaciousness of your very own home complete with it's own pool and hot tub. Skylights in the family room allow abundant light through the home.

The home has 5 bedrooms, with 3 masters, each with their own ensuite bathroom. Two master bedrooms have king size beds with high quality memory foam mattresses and have direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and it's own ensuite bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have two twin beds each and share the fourth bathroom.

Take advantage of the 50 inch smart TV as you relax in the over-sized family room. Two other bedrooms have their own flat screen smart TVs
and there is in home laundry.

Stay seven nights or more from only $149 US per night plus the one time clean fee of $140 US. Pool heat for the pool and hot tub is optional and the cost varies depending on time of year, contact me for rates.

Rate is based on a 7 night minimum stay and rates vary throughout the year.

Longer stays are discounted significantly and shorter stays can also be priced upon request. Please contact me for a quote. Now takings bookings for 2023 and all of 2024.

The home is just a short drive from some of the most popular golf courses in Central Florida including Legends, Mystic Dunes, Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Stoneybrook West, Diamond Players Club, Orange County National, Champions Gate and Reunion.

Located just a 15 minute drive to the west entrance of Disney Animal Kingdom. Our home in Orange Tree is centrally located.

Happy with the home, bad problem getting in, RING system sketchy
The house and the owner were great throughout the process before arriving to the home. Upon arriving at the home, after 4pm (checkin time) our door code did not work. I tried calling every single number I could find through the owner, including the in-town contact, and vrbo (at least 5 different), I placed nearly 30 phone calls and messages in this time. I had a house of 11 players sitting outside the home after a long airport trip and practice, unable to get in their home for over 30 min. No phone call was received. Finally received the default-owner code to get in, at least 3 different people called me with the code- but after 30 min. Also, the owner was aware that we were a college team here for spring break- there were 11 players staying in the home- we had multiple houses in the neighborhood. We had a short 10 minute team meeting one evening at the house, after departing the property, I received a text almost immediately that said that he 'counted 13 people enter the home in addition to the ones in the house'. I understand some security measures- but after having 11 females staying in this home, I can assure you that I felt extremely weary about the 'security' measures in the house, I even had to ask a coach that was still on the property to do a quick look around to see if there was a chance of there being cameras in the home. I was made aware when booking that there were homeowners in the neighborhood that would look after the home, have them check in if there appears to be an unauthorized party/gathering, don't creepily say you counted exactly how many people entered the home, and contact me within 10 min. Will not be staying here again.

Our family rented this house for two weeks. The house was the perfect layout with 3 master bedrooms and 2 rooms for children. It is an open concept house and the kitchen was well stocked. This was one of the very few houses that has an actual crib. It also had a playpen and high chair that we used as well. This house is close to the parks. Thank you Owen.

Comfort during grief
Our family really enjoyed our time at your home. We were in Florida for a funeral, so we needed a calming environment to relax. I only have one suggestion. This is the first vacation home that we’ve rented that did not provide travel sized toiletries. It just is a nice extra touch. Overall, however, it was a truly enjoyable stay and we would stay there again.
