Relax in comfort while watching your favorite TV shows on our 55" HDTV & BluRay DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped and has newer stainless steel appliances. There's a propane BBQ with patio table (and umbrella) on the 28 foot pool view patio. In the winter, warm your toes next to the cozy fireplace.

The Town Center mall and over 15 popular restaurants & movie theater are a short walk from the condo. Starbucks & Whole Foods market are located across the street. The city of Valencia is a master planned community and was once rated the 6th safest city in the nation.

Valencia is known for it's beautiful tree-lined streets & paseos with over 25 miles of biking/walking paths throughout the city. You'll appreciate our award winning landscaping & three resort-like pool areas in the complex (plus lighted tennis court). There's a large grassy park close by and the YMCA is just 5 minute walk from condo.

The price includes all utilities: Live TV (plus Apple TV, NetFlix & Prime), gas, water, 200MB high-speed internet w/ WiFi & up to $125/month toward electricity. Since this is a longer term rental property (30 to 160 nights) not a vacation rental per se, a credit check & a signed monthly rental agreement are required. Good credit is required and no evictions.

Cleaning fee is based on length of stay and number of occupants. Cleaning fee starts from $195 and is paid when you DEPART. You may request quote prior to booking. Minimum stay is 30 days - we prefer 60+ days. Please message me if you have ANY questions.

PLEASE NOTE: We only rent this property in consecutive order. Please look at the calendar and notice the date when the current guest is departing (or message me and ask). Your reservation needs to begin close to the date of the next opening on the calendar which is April 29th. Unlike vacation rentals (this is a corporate rental) we do not accept reservations months in advance or for next year (those dates will appear blocked on the calendar even though they are open). I suggest messaging me the dates you want and I will get right back with you concerning availability (instead of putting in a BOOKING request since it may be declined). Best place to stay in Santa Calrita/Valencia!

I’m a traveler RN working at a hospital near by (only 3 mins away!) and this place could not have been more perfect! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is cozy, clean and quiet. You get an amazing view of the pool and jacuzzi. Parking is never an issue. You get 2 assigned parking in a secured garage and plenty of visitor parking. The neighbors are friendly and overall a safe community. Also, very pet friendly:). Location of the place is awesome. Everything is so close by…even walkable! There’s Starbucks, grocery stores, target, the mall, lots of food places to choose from, and even a big park with lots of trails all in walking distance. And there’s so much more! The property owner, Cyndi, has been awesome from the very beginning. She is kind and very helpful. She responds very quickly via text and/call. I can communicate with her very easily if I had any issues, but so far, I have none! I can’t ask for a better place to stay at while working in Santa Clarita. I really got lucky with this one :). Thank you!

Wonderful Experience

Beautiful property, very well kept & clean. Great location, plenty of places to eat nearby & shopping. We enjoyed coffee ln the morning on the large patio overlooking one of the three pools in the complex. The beds are VERY comfortable. Cyndi was wonderful to work with, made us feel at home. Highly recommend this property.

This property has all the comforts of "home" and located in the prime location of Santa Clarita Valley (in Valencia). Only a 15 minute drive to the San Fernando Valley & 25 minutes from Burbank. Thirty minute drive to Santa Monica.

Two secure underground parking spaces.
