🐠 Upscale Remodeled 2+2 Sea Winds Beachfront w/ King Bed & Double Vanity Sinks

Our Sea Winds condo is 2 Bedroom, 2 full private Bathrooms, located on the 10th floor, with beautiful unobstructed 180° Beachfront Ocean Views! More than 125 positive 5-Star reviews from happy vacationers!

NOTE: The building will be installing new hurricane sliders beginning April 15th, 2024. They'll start at the top floor (17th floor) and work their way downward. It's estimated that they'll be able to complete 2 floors per week, barring any delays. We are on the 10th floor and not directly impacted until May 6th. However, residual work noise can/will be heard by guests while occupying a condo. The project is expected to be completed mid to late June. Please feel free to ask questions, prior to booking, regarding this building upgrade.

LOCATION: It's a short walk to the gulf coast water, at the south end of Marco Island. It’s only 1/2 a mile to the very popular Marco Walk Plaza, providing restaurants, shops & a movie theater! And, it's 1 mile (14 buildings) from the JW Marriott, as well.

In November 2023, we completed another upgrade, to the Master Bathroom, which now provides double vanity sinks and even more extra storage for your personal items. Our two condos are the only ones in the building providing this added value. We also upgraded to a brand new comfortable King sized bed at the same time too.

- THE LIVING ROOM provides a Giant 55" flat screen Smart TV securely hung on the wall, and able to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc., when you sign into your personal account(s). We chose shutters on the sliding glass living room doors, for a warm & cozy feel. The couch converts into a Queen sleeper bed.

-KITCHEN: Our condo has full sized stainless steel stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator & dishwasher. A fully stocked kitchen includes: 2023 new pots & pans, a Keurig 575 Coffee Maker, a Black & Decker 12-Cup Coffee Maker, a Blender, a Toaster, a Knife Block and an Electric Griddle. You'll also find kitchen soaps, cleaners and a roll of paper towels, to get you started.

- THE MASTER BEDROOM has a very comfortable new KING bed with an on-suite private bathroom, offering double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A Large 50" Flat screen Smart TV securely hung on the wall, for you to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc., when you sign into your personal account(s). A blue tooth speaker, clock & device charging stations are provided as well. Extra linens, an iron and a full sized ironing board.

- THE GUEST BEDROOM: Provides two comfortable twin beds, shutters on the window, a “custom" built closet and a private full bathroom with an “oversized” walk-in tiled shower. This bedroom also has a 32" Flat screen Smart TV securely hung on the wall and able to stream, when you sign into your personal account(s). A blue tooth speaker, clock & device charging station are provided.

- BATHROOMS: each have towels, a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works hand soaps and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your favorite toiletries and sunscreen. 🏖☀️

- LAUNDRY ROOM: We have a full sized Washer & Dryer inside the condo. Complimentary laundry detergent & dryer sheets. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. We do our very best though.

- BEACH CLOSET/LOCKER; Complimentary beach items for your use includes beach chairs & an umbrella for your days basking in the sun at the white sandy beach!

Saturday-Saturday, 7-Night Minimum Rental.

-There is 992 Square feet of living space in this condo. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS, with a total of 6 persons. We want you to be comfortable, not cramped. Infants are included as “a person” and should be counted in your reservation.

- PARKING: All Sea Winds condo have a $50 Parking pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. One (1) Parking spot, per condo. No assigned parking. It's just first come, first serve.

WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL “DEEP CLEANING” ON ALL OF OUR CONDOS DURING THE FALL TIME PERIOD.

TURTLE SEASON is from May 1st-October 31st. Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 9pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. These fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.

So well stocked!
Definitely the best place we’ve stayed on Marco as far as supplies-beach chairs and umbrellas were new and easy to access, anything you could need in the kitchen, even bathroom incidentals if you forgot anything. The host was easy to contact. Will definitely be back!

Very nice clean condo overlooking the beach and ocean. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the beach and heated pool. The owners went above and beyond with everything you need to start your vacation. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Place To Stay!
What an awesome place directly on the beach! The sunsets were incredible on the beach and perhaps even better from the balcony of condo! The condo was exceptionally clean and fully functional. Everything is updated and the oversized showers were great! Mike and Tracy were very responsive with any and all of our inquiries. We definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate renting from Mike and Tracy again. Marco Island was wonderful, quiet and immaculately maintained. Thanks Mike and Tracy for sharing your place with us and we can’t wait to come back! Perhaps for our one year anniversary!!!

Oceanfront as Expected
The property was clean, secure, and exactly what you would expect from an oceanfront property. The only problem that we ran into was that the hot tub was out of order the last few days of our stay.

Sunset Beach
The best part about our stay is the location on the beach. It is right on the beach and you and always hear the waves lapping on the shore. We’ve been to the Bahamas and Seven Mile beach in the Caymen Islands and this beach is as good if not better. The condo unit was clean and very nicely appointed and upgraded with ample amenities. It was perfect for our stay. If you like oysters the Oyster Society restaurant, 1/2 a mile from the condo, had fresh oysters from the east and west coast. Mike and Tracy were great to deal with and responded right away when I had questions. Marco Island has a lot to offer visitors. Your going to love this place.
