Home in need of repair
We got there night one and it was 80 degrees in the house. We had to stay up super late waiting for the upstairs to cool. This was our first Disney day...not cool. Then they advertised it as a luxury home. It was filthy. Stains everywhere on the carpets. I couldnt go in one of the rooms wirhout breaking out in hives. The blinds in our room were broken. One of the smoke detectors were hanging down, washer did not work correctly, mold or black stuff on walls in master bath. Beds were like rocks. Pool and hot tub filthy and hot tub never got hot. We had to clean it ourself. Property management company seemed unconcerned about our troubles. I requested maintenance first thing that first morning but she just showed up and was laughing about everything and said maybe she could schedule maintenance another time. We told her we have a dog and its not gonna be ok to upset her while we are gone so nevermind. We were told maintainence would be there at 8 am before we left the house. We just dealt with it. It was horrible. Even the kids hated it. My allergies were insane due to the dirtiness of the house. I need a refund or partial refund. This was very unsatisfactory. We should have switched houses but you told us it would be hard and I didnt want to ruin the trip. I will never stay there again. Also, it was advertised to be minutes from Disney...ummmm 30 minutes!!! Not close at all. False advertising.
