A perfect quiet retreat or to start your next Great Adventure. Kayak the lake, bird watch, fish, and then start a campfire at night under the stars! Nestled in the heart of the Hiawatha National Forest there are many trails for hiking, biking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, waterfalls, and bird watching right outside your front door.

Downtown Munising is a 20-minute drive to local boating, fishing, waterfalls, lighthouses, shopping, restaurants, rock hounding and Pictured Rocks National Lake shore. Perfect getaway for couples, families, and friends. Also in close proximity to downtown Marquette and Grand Marias.

Cabin includes kitchen with utensils, 2-burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, regular coffee maker, and refrigerator. Fully furnished with electricity, running water and a full bathroom. Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Kayaks, and fishing rods included. Most cell phones work in the area. We are dog friendly. Dirt Roads to Cabin.

Perfect Get Away!

This cute place was perfect for my husband and I to get away. Clean, quiet, beautiful area. We x-c skied and checked out the Ice Caves. We would go again :)

Great Getaway

It was the perfect place for a quiet getaway. We explored some waterfalls and checked out the Eben ice caves.

Great quiet & secluded getaway.

My wife and I spent two nights over New Years with our 2 labs, it was a great getaway. Cozy, warm little cabin with just the right amount of amenities. We explored waterfalls and hiking trails, but really enjoyed just relaxing with a bottle of wine - great place to get away and relax. The owners were great to work with and were extremely accommodating, we highly recommend this property!!

Amazing!

My girlfriend (now fiancè) stayed here from October 11-14 and we couldn’t have been more happy about the cabin! We love how secluded it is and the spotty cell phone service was exactly what we were looking for lol. We hiked Pictured Rocks and our first destination was Chapel Falls and Chapel Rock (where I proposed). My fiancè and I will remember our trip and this cabin for the rest of our lives, and we definitely considering booking another trip and saying here! Amazing place!

We are a newlywed couple that loves the outdoors and all of the wonderful seasons the U.P has to offer. Our hearts are in this Munising area as we both grew up around here and enjoy it all year round. This cabin is our little dream come true and we are so excited for you to experience it! When we locked eyes on this cabin we made an offer on the spot, and 30 days later we were moving in! We love the peace and quiet of the lake and stay here ourselves to snowmobile, kayak different rivers, fish the lakes, explore pictured rocks, and just enjoy each other in a perfectly peaceful property.

This "cabin in the woods" will not disappoint. Weather you are here to see the sites of surrounding areas and come home to make a bonfire and relax by the lake, or to cuddle and watch Christmas Movies while watching the snowfall... it will give you the experience you are looking for.
