Very good all around
We very much enjoyed this apartment and have no complaints whatsoever. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and near a bunch of restaurants. The view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the 5th floor, and from the pool area, was terrific, including sunsets, and we were able to put chairs (which were supplied) out on the walkway when we weren't sitting by the pool (or on the beach). The apartment was very clean and Jim was very responsive - one time we had a minor maintenance problem and he had someone there to fix it almost immediately. The other residents were friendly and the water temperature in the pool was just right. The strong air-conditioning was appreciated.

Great Stay on the 5th floor with super views
This is a well equipped condo just behind the Ritz Carlton with a great view of the inter coastal The kitchen and bathroom are nice and modern and the hosts are friendly and reacted immediately when I had a problem I loved the heated pool and the views at sunset are to die for

Perfect vacation
My stay at the condo has been very pleasant. The apartment is spacious and quiet. Everything is well maintained and clean. Two powerful air conditioners provide good air with low noise. Windows face south and north, with gorgeous views of the intracoastal waterway on both sides. The swimming pool, which belongs to the entire building, is at the edge of the intracoastal waterway: you can enjoy magnificent sunsets while swimming in the pool or relaxing on the deck. The deck is equipped with tables, which can be shaded with stationary umbrellas, various chairs and lounger chairs, and a gas grill. Both the swimming pool and the deck are separated from the street with high, evergreen bushes, which provide privacy. The building includes laundry on site. The elevator works well. The renters are quiet and polite. The owners are seldom seen and not intrusive. The beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach is within 5-minute walk from the building; a small shopping area is nearby. I am leaving with a wish to stay here again, for a longer time.

Perfect location on Intercoastal
Located just behind the Ritz Carlton, this unit is centrally located and is in the middle of cafes, bars, shops, and of course, less than two blocks from the ocean. It is a quick walk to the Water Taxi, and the views are beautiful. The unit has a large dining/living area, a nicely stocked kitchen, and a king sized bed in the one bedroom. It is quiet and more appropriate for older singles and couples. The pool area is lovely, and sitting on the beautiful deck overlooking the canal is heaven.
