"Vacation for less" Welcome to NewHaven Palms and Resorts on Cumbrian Lakes. Our beautiful resort home comes with all the 5 star amenities to make your stay the most memorable. Enjoy your very own resort where peace and serenity awaits you! Step into the CAVE and watch your favorite movie or test your skills in the game room or take a swim in the heated pool on those cold days or to cool off from a long summer day.

Whatever your pleasure we aim to please, we are only 7 miles from all the action where Disney and the parks awaits you.......We offer 4 large bedrooms to accommodate the smallest to the largest group. Our resort home has all the amenities to make your stay the most memberable 5 star vacation you DESERVE!

NOTE:
1.Their is a pet fee for all pets (host reserve the right on size, age, pet allowed)
2. Heated pool fee upon request
3. Safety is the top priority of our community and for our guest safty there are camera's as you enter the community to make sure only the vehicles that supposed to be there are on the property and around properties as well pool area for safety

It has it all

This property has it all. Location, privacy, space, backing on water with a well maintained pool and lanai for relaxation. The owner, Don is a straightforward guy, easy to reach and communicate with. The property manager Steve is very helpful and always available should you have any questions or if you need something fixed. had a great time at this property. We’ll be back

Great Location

This property is a great location we were able to explore so much within just 10min of the home. Don was easy to communicate with whenever we had questions or concerns. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We were sad we did not get to use the pool but thats florida weather for you. Overall very comfortable stay great hospitality.

Family vacation

Property was clean and well maintained. Nice and quiet neighbors. Not too far from Walt Disney location that was major bonus.

The property was really nice, everything looked exactly like the pictures. It was really great my family and I loved it. I would definitely recommend this property and company to anyone who is interested in staying in the Orlando Kissimmee area.
