If available, the owner would be happy to take you for a tour on his boat that is parked down at the marina.

Floor-to-ceiling windows span the entire living room hallway, and master bedroom providing you spectacular views from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep. You may choose to lounge on the outdoor furniture in the very large balcony/patio or get some work done from the workstation overlooking the marina. Dining area provides space for up to six people or four more casual dining there is a breakfast bar in the kitchen.
