Great location, clean condo,& friendly staff!!

Our stay at Allan’s place was incredible to say the least. Communication with Allan was very smooth and his responses were very quick amd always detailed. He is definitely one of the nicest hosts I’ve come across. He had good suggestions for restaurants and even left a birthday present waiting for me! His property manager Brittani was also very helpful, she’s such a kind soul and easy to communicate with for any questions. The space is beautiful, had everything we needed and more. It’s HUGE! and the pictures don’t do it justice it’s much much nicer in person. great location. Close to everything and across the street from Walmart. It’s perfect because when we were lazy we could just take a quick stroll and get everything we needed. The building also has 2 lovely rooftop pools as well as a bunch of other great amenities and a wonderful, helpful staff. Overall I would highly recommend this space and look forward to staying at one of Allan’s places again! Thank you so much for everything.

Great apartment, great service

The place was super clean, modern and beds are comfortable. We had 5 adults, 13 year old, 4 year old, and a 3 month old. The 13 year old slept in futon and said it was comfy. We had space to gather together and play card games and eat together as it was a nice size for all of us. With the kids it was nice to have Netflix and tv in all rooms especially when the infant was sleeping. The only drawback and I’m super picky with showers is that mold built up on the shower floors as it is tile, but besides that everything else was immaculate, comfy, quiet, and we all enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool (was a bit cold for me but once your in.. you know how that goes). Pros: the place it’s self, service (they responded immediately and check in was easy), beds, kitchen is stocked, location near Walmart and Oxxo and lots of good affordable authentic food places as it’s further from the Main Street. Netflix, good wi-fi, pools (2 of them), has gym, sauna. Cons: bathroom (although they are still modern and function well), location to beach (4 blocks but they are long, about 10-12 min walk but I had stroller and 4 year old), the beach access near hotel is rocky but it’s only a $5 cab ride to nicer beach, noise of construction and dogs is not awful but it’s there. Would stay here, it’s was affordable for us so worth the cons and we got more luxury than we thought we would. Great plAce if it fits your family’s needs.
