PREMIER 2 BDRM 2 BATH CONDO WITH GREAT AMENITIES AND CLEANLINESS PRIORITY! THERE IS NO NEED TO CHECK-IN WITH ANYONE BECAUSE OUR CONDO HAS AN ACCESS CODE FOR CHECK-IN. We are grateful for having a housekeeper who lives nearby, only minutes away. She and her sister have been cleaning for us for years. As you may note, many of our reviews reference our condo's presentation and cleanliness as well as so many other compliments. We have tried other cleaning companies and have learned that cleaning consistency can be questionable. Our guest clubhouse is one of the largest and nicest in the area for all ages! OUR CONDO IS BEAUTIFULLY UPGRADED AND TOP-RATED. We have earned VRBO PREMIER DISTINCTION. Treehouse property management has said ours is one of the nicest, if not the NICEST unit in the Treehouse complex. There are 15 steps down to our ground-level unit, giving easy access to the ground. The bedrooms have Queen size beds and have brand new wall mounted 32"LED TVs with cable access. There is also a very comfortable queen size pull-out couch with upgraded mattress in the living room. You’ll have free WIFI, 3 TVs and a remote-controlled gas fireplace. Our rates are highly competitive and complimented by using direct owner communication. Enlarging the master-tiled/walk-in shower with a bench helped make us relatively unique for a Treehouse condo. The guest bath tub/shower is also tiled. You'll enjoy the inviting mountain views! Our calendar is kept current and our rates are good through May, 2024. 300+ compelling and complimentary reviews validate our goal to provide a nice vacation experience! An appreciative comment we often get notes our interest to make sure our guests are OK when they check in. We take pride in being available to assist with suggestions about activities, dining, and destinations. We are in the heart of the beautiful Wildernest/Eagles Nest area in Summit County. You will find that everything in this updated mountain getaway has been nicely appointed. Our guests enjoy brand new top-shelf kitchen and stainless steel appliances. We introduced an Instant Pot this year.We even have a Keurig coffeemaker in addition to a Mr. Coffee. You will find custom knotty alder cabinetry and woodwork throughout, custom stone gas fireplace, brand new furniture and furnishings, 3 new LCD TVs, new paint, new carpet, new windows and coverings, new linens, new EVERYTHING! Please help yourself to our reviews from guests and see that every season is represented. We are just minutes from top recreation areas:Dillon Lake(3.5 mi) Keystone (10 mi), Breckenridge (17 mi), Copper Mountain (14 mi), and Arapahoe Basin (15mi). Vail and Beaver Creek are also within easy driving distance. Hiking trails, beginners to advanced, are very accessible. The FREE Summit Stage Bus conveniently picks up a short walking distance from our unit. It provides service to most areas, shopping centers, and restaurants. It is advisable to purchase lift tickets in advance. Also, currently, Copper Mtn requires ski area parking reservations. Some of our guests have driven to Frisco and taken the shuttle to Copper. If skiing doesn’t strike your fancy, the area offers boundless year-round activities. Located in the White River National Forest, there are hiking and snow shoeing trails right out our back door. The Blue River runs right through Silverthorne and offers some of the state’s best fly fishing. Beautiful Lake Dillon can be seen as you drive up Buffalo Mountain, and offers recreational activities such as sailing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and is a great spot to have a picnic during those warm summer months. Nearby Dillon Amphitheatre hosts live concerts and shows throughout the summer. Our Guest Clubhouse is multi-use with two large jacuzzis, warm soaking section next to pool, a heated pool, dry sauna, regulation racquetball court, fitness room, two pool tables, ping pong, arcade games, playground, and tennis court. There is a wall-mounted 32"LED TV with cable access. We also have a twin-size floor mattress to accommodate additional guests. We provide fresh linens for all four beds. The living room has a new gas fireplace with a remote control to keep things nice and cozy. Also, a 46'' Smart TV and sound bar, DVD player and a collection of CDs and DVDs are provided for your enjoyment. If you can't find anything to watch on TV, we keep several board and card games on hand. You will have access to our unit's ski locker located just outside the front door. This will give you a place to store your gear without cluttering the living space. We also keep 3 snow sleds and snow shovel on our deck for "young and old" to enjoy. Many of our guests have commented on how nice it is to have a laundry facility nearby, just across the atrium on the same level as our condo. There is a larger laundromat next to the clubhouse as well. Our condo is smoke-free and pets are NOT allowed as per HOA regulations. Also, our HOA does not allow feeding of the wildlife. Check our competitive nightly rates. Also, check our lower weekly rates, when available and applied can save you 5%. The Fresh Linens/Clean Fee is only $95.00, much less than most.

Nice and cozy, beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Great place to stay if you're in the area. Just fyi you do have to go down a flight of stairs, even though it's on the ground floor.

This unit has a nice view of the mountains. Parking was free, available and convenient to the unit's location. There were two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is located within 1 mile to two nice hiking trails. The owner was very responsive, friendly and assessable, if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in the mountains!!
We really enjoyed all aspects of the property. You definitely up there in elevation. Beautiful area in all directions. You are truly in the mountains. Great hikes and scenic drives right out the door. Condo has all things needed to cook and be comfortable. There is no air conditioning which was not an issue for us even though it was late august. Nice clubhouse with ol school arcade games pool tables hot tube and a dry sauna. Hosts were a + and would rent those property again. All amenities are close and we utilized the Silverthorne re center for weight training and other activities. Prices were very cheap.

We are retired educators. We enjoy the grandeur and spirit of our Colorado mountains as much as the beaches of Hawaii. Roxanna taught strings and orchestra for 40+ years. She continues to freelance and play in our local symphony. Also, totaling 40+ years, Jim served as a psychologist and continued his career as a secondary school principal, chief academic officer, and acting superintendent.

We have owned four vacation condos in the Winter Park and Summit areas. This one is our favorite for many reasons. We enjoy the privacy, views, abundance of and proximity to so many places! The new guest clubhouse is one of the best in the area and it compliments our accommodations. Wildlife abounds this area. Recently, 2 cow moose must have heard about the this clubhouse as they were spotted looking in the big plate windows. Not long ago a beautiful red fox came up on our deck and, as we were having breakfast, gave us a 'please invite me look.' Hiking and biking trails are steps away from our condo. Excellent bus and road service promote safe driving and travel options.

When requested, we provide additional information about hiking areas, restaurants, side trips, etc. We do not use a management company; therefore, we are able to maintain very competitive rental rates. Our condo is practically new with all the comforts. We are ground level making it convenient to access the ground off our deck. Our deck faces south east providing a beautiful vista of the Continental Divide and Keystone mountains. A small laundry 3 doors down is unique to our complex.
