The suite is simple joyful and modern, it has 2 queen beds, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, TV, air conditioning. If you look out the window you can see the pool and the beautiful ocean a few meters away!! There is also a restaurant with room service and two convenient stores.
The maid service and sheet changing is once every three days. There is also available towels for the beach free of charge. The suite is in the zona hotelera zone of Cancun the address is blvd kukulcan km20, Cancun plaza.
Location is the best you have in the entrance of the condos bus stops that can take you to three shopping malls (kukulcan plaza, La isla and caracol) in less than ten minutes and can also take you to the ferrys that leave to Isla Mujeres, el garrafon hundreds of restaurants, golf courses, jungle tours and other memorable locations like Cocobongo, Daddy O's, The City, and señor Frogs. That same bus can take you to parque de las palapas, Mercado 28 and downtown Cancun in less than 40 minutes. Ask in the front desk for tours to the Chicken Itza ruins, water parks like Xelha, Xcaret, cenotes among others. Or simply take a walk on the beach, sunbath on the pool, or go swimming in that amazing blue ocean enjoying Cancun !!

Fabulous Overall

Martin and Maica were super host/hostess , they were very accommodating and responded back to you within the 1/2 hour with any questions you may have. The checkin was very smooth and the cleaning services were exceptional. The room was fabulous and had everything you would needed for your stay with a spectacular view of the Carribean Ocean . Thank you for making our stay one to remember and we will return. ❤️

Nice apartment

This is a nice apartment. The place is small, but not smaller that a regular hotel room. Besides you get the kitchenette and the balcony looking to the pool and the beach. Check-in was fast and without problem. They clean the room and change towels every two days, which was nice. The whole place is quiet and only once we hear our neighbors' TV, early in the morning. The pool is clean. The restaurant is without luxury or pretensions, but fair prices, fair portions and well cooked. We only eat there once because we went out a lot, but it was very nice. The fact you can bring your own beverages to the pool/beach is a plus. Security is all around the place and helpful or finding a taxi or giving you addresses. The little store is really little, it's better to go outside, just crossing the street there is an oxxo or a few blocks, getting the bus (12 pesos) there is a huge store, at Plaza Kukulkan. So, for this you get what you paid for. I usually go to All-included in Cancun and it was a different experience and we liked it. the only thing missing was the animation on all-included, but that we knew. I'll try to add some pics to give an idea.

Beautiful view!

This was a nice studio. Kitchen equipment, towels and soup etc supplied. Cleaning every three days was super! Only draw back is the poor internet connection! The view from the room is AMAZING!

Great place at a great price

This place was very nice. Everyone was friendly and I felt safe the entire time. It was located on the quiet side of the hotel zone so it had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The pool was beautiful and the view from the pool to the beach was amazing! The beach was beautiful also, I never had trouble finding an available palapa. The only complaint about the beach was that there was a lot of seaweed but other than that it was clean and calm in the mornings. Transportation up and down the hotel zone strip was very easy by taking a bus that only charges 12 pesos which is less than a dollar. The store on premises had pretty much all I needed and at reasonable prices so I never felt the need to actually take a trip to the supermarket. There is also an OXXO which is kind of like a 7 Eleven which was very convenient and across the street there is a seafood restaurant that was super delicious. The reason why I don’t give it 5 stars is because the toilet seat pinched every time I sat down, the beds were very hard so it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I also think that a blow dryer would have been a plus and maybe a dish towel for the sink in the room. Another thing is that we visited the restaurant on premises a few times and each time the dish we ordered was not available.
