This apartment in the Romantic Zone is just half a block from the always attractive Los Muertos beach.
Nice local and international restaurants are nearby like La Palapa and Vistagrill.
For a drink you can go visit the numerous bars in the Zona Romantica.

Located in the luxurious V177 complex with on the rooftop a solar heated infinity pool with a saltwater cleansing system and as an astonishing ocean view. Next to the pool you will find the heated Jacuzzi. There is a BBQ area with a fully equipped BBQ for you to use, a fitness center, deck chairs, TV lounge area and Wi-Fi access. Guests have the benefit of security on site and the elevator to every floor.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a direct view on the beach and the ocean. The bedroom has a king size bed and a LED SMART TV with a firestick to provide the main USA broadcast stations. Of course, linens are provided.
The living room is stylish and has direct access to the apartment covered terrace with a 6 seats table. It also has a LED SMART TV with firesticvk to provide the main USA broadcast stations.

The water is triple filtered in the building, The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc etc . And a washer and dryer are available in your apartment.

The bathroom has a marble sink and shower with tempered glass.

You have your own 200 MB Wi-Fi connection in the whole apartment.

Very Pleased

As others have mentioned the unit is ideally located on the south end of zona romantica. Walk to everything. We used the patio with great ocean views and a cool breeze frequently. Nice sunsets from the pool area as the patio gets afternoon sun and you can find nice shade up top. We didn’t cook at all as there are plenty of restaurants.

Ideal location for us

This was our second stay in this condo. The building (V-177) is ideally situated for everything we like to do in Puerto Vallarta; the building staff are always friendly and helpful. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, with wonderful sunset bay views everyday. We hope to stay here again.

Everything and more !!

This property exceeded our expectations. Check in was a breeze. The unit was even available before scheduled time. It was spotless and well stocked with everything and anything you may need. The view was beautiful. Comfortable seating on the balcony made for a great spot for reading and relaxing. The pool area was clean with gorgeous views. People we met in the building were very friendly and helpful with tips on restaurants. The property manager was terrific and extremely helpful. I had a few questions at the start and they responded immediately. I would highly recommend this condo it is a little gem and we will be returning for sure. I can see why it is booked well in advance. I have no cons whatsoever Our stay was excellent!!

PV Vacation

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Location is the absolute best. Great Views. V177 building staff are wonderful. Just a couple of concerns: Livingroom Furniture pictured is not what is there, current furniture is by far less elegant. PVRPV Management did not meet us at check-in. This was frustrating and made check-in more difficult. Thank you.

Dutch couple that loves to have a nice condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta.

Puerto Vallarta has through out the year lovely temperatures. We chose to buy this apartment because it is in the heart of the old town, close to the beach and has all restaurants, clubs and bars at walking distance but still has quiet surroundings. Add up to this the roof terrace with the free use of the pool, jacuzzi, gym, lounge area and barbecue area and you understand why it was an easy choice.

First of all the view from the balcony and the sunset you can enjoy while chilling on the lounge bed. We own this place now since some years and regularly we renew, replace and update furniture, bed, TV's so it feels like home when we open the door. And we love to share that feeling with the people that rent our place and consider to be our guests.
