If you are looking for a place to call home while in Los Angeles you've found it.

The home is a craftsman with light and charm in a prime Echo Park location. Walking distance to hikes, amazing restaurants, quaint cafes and views. Close to Downtown, Hollywood, Studios, Concert Venues and Dodger Stadium. Pelton bicycle at your disposal to use while you're here. Premium cable +Apple TV. Great yardoutdoor seating area, BBQ & avocado tree.

This lovely, bright sunny home is located in the the eclectic neighborhood of Echo Park. It is a stunningly well kept home with lush yard. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The third bedroom is set up as an office with a seating area, printer and lots of light for at home work. The deck and backyard are amazing entertaining spaces, lit at night by beautiful twinkle lights. It also has a beautiful avocado tree that produces the best fruit you will ever sample

Guests will have full access to the home. Empty closets and dressers. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates and cookware. Living room has WiFi, 55" Smart TV with surround sound and DirectTV and Apple TV. House has AC, Central Heating. BBQ and outdoor heat lamps. Washer/dryer in the home. Maid service bi-weekly will be part of the rental.

Echo Park is quickly becoming the destination neighborhood of Los Angeles. It was recently voted one of the top 10 places to live in the US. The neighborhood is eclectic, artistic and historic. Griffith Park and Elysian Park offer great hikes just minutes walk from the house. sLady Bird Cafe i 2 blocks down the street is frequented by screenwriters, artists, musicians and all the friendly people of the neighborhood. Sunset Blvd, 1 mile downhill from the house has clubs, fabulous, restaurants and every service you can ask for. The house is close to Downtown, Museums, Galleries, Dodger Stadium, Hollywood, Burbank, all Studios, tourist attractions, Pasadena and the very eclectic Echo Park and Silver Lake of course. Public transportation is also easily accessible.

This home has a great vibe and lovely setting. It's been home and you can feel the love in the place. The furnishings are comfortable, clean classic and relaxed. And the outdoor space is peaceful and private.

Perfect house in Echo Park !
Our family loved our stay at lovely Joanne's place. The house was very functional and fully furnished with everything you would need (the pictures don't do justice to the place). The spacious backyard with cosy patio was very charming. The neighbourhood is very calm. Joanne is a very good host and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again !

A gem of a find
We've stayed in a few rentals around the Atwater/Silverlake area but this one was by far the most superior. It is situated near everything, with shops and coffee places close by. Everything from the lights being on ready for our late evening arrival to the non-intrusive contact from the owner was perfect. The house itself is filled with the most beautifully authentic fixtures and furniture, with a perfect balance between style and comfort. We especially wanted an outdoor space (being from England we need to take full advantage of the weather) and the garden was amazing. We had all of our meals outside, extremely comfortable with loads of space, the lights made it a great evening space too. All of us (me, my husband and two grown up sons) had the best time and I would recommend it to everyone.

We LOVED this oasis in Echo Park!
The house is beautiful, quiet and comfortable and the yard is heaven. The house has everything you need to vacation as if you lived in the neighborhood. The house has character and is well appointed in all the creature comfort ways and central air in a classic house is just dreamy! The avocado tree in back provides a shade paradise and the yard is a perfect place to relax with friends and family. Walking distance form the awesome Café Fix and just blocks from all the terrific shops and cafes in Echo Park. Echo Park is my favorite neighborhood in LA- vibrant, diverse, arty and full of cool people. This house is the perfect place to enjoy it all! Joanne is a great hostess and always just a call/text away. the ONLY thing I wish the house had was a King Size bed, then I may never leave! :) We cannot wait to stay again!

This home was perfect for my family vacation. The house had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for seeing Los Angeles. The owner made the home very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient
We couldn't have chosen a more attractive, comfortable, and convenient place to stay while visiting family in Echo Park over the winter holidays. The property is very tastefully furnished and immaculately maintained. The owner took extra care to make sure it was in perfect condition when we arrived. The outdoor spaces are a major attraction. Parking is convenient, but for those who prefer not to drive, the bus line runs right past the house. For a person who likes to cook, the well-equipped kitchen was a nice surprise. All furnishings were comfortable and attractive; we felt right at home.
