Located approximately 20 minutes walk from the marina, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars and a short taxi ride from the centre of Playa Blanca.
The famous golden sand beaches of Papagayo are a short drive away.

The villa is well appointed and now benefits from air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the lounge. It has a private pool with pool heating included and an enclosed rear garden. Bike racks are available should you wish to hire bicycles to explore the local area.
The large patio has an alfresco dining area, sun loungers, outdoor seating and a BBQ.
Inside there are 2 bedrooms, the ground floor bedroom, overlooks the pool where there are twin beds situated next to the downstairs shower room.
The upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed with doors leading to the large balcony with patio furniture, an ideal space for a pre-dinner drink, the large bathroom with walk in shower is also located upstairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, hoover, iron and board.
The lounge leads onto the patio and has a dining table and sofas, a Samsung Smart TV with UK TV channels and a DVD player.
