story building right on the beach. It is located in Sunny Isles
Beach, in a very quiet and family centered building. Neighboring
cities are Aventura, Hallandale, North Miami Beach and Bal Harbor.

HD Surveillance Exterior cameras are installed throughout the condominium, which record 24/7 and automatically erased after two weeks approximately. Visible signs are in the building.

Take Exit 16 to East Ives Dairy Rd./NE 203 Street.
Stay in middle lane. Turn right at Biscayne Blvd./US1. Stay in
middle lane. Turn left at the William Lehman Causeway (856 East) to
Collins Avenue. Stay in right lane. Turn right at Collins Avenue
after causeway has ended. Change to the left lane and make a U-turn
on sign, after 189 Street. Miami Beach Club Condo is on the right
hand.

I thought the place was very nice. I thought the location was great. I loved being able to see the beach from the pool. I thought that staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic! Top apartment and host.

What a great apartment! Very clean, as new. Everything you need for a stay is available, even new showergel, handsoap and dishwashing liquid was present. The location is also great! Right on the beach in a fairly quiet area but with amenities within walking distance. Nice pool in the garden. The contact with the host is very accessible, both before and during the stay she provides clear information and is very easily accessible! We met at the apartment, where we even got a welcome gift. We absolutely recommend this apartment!

Lourdes is the best host I have ever dealt with I cannot say anything bad about her. The condo is exactly how she describes and she always got back to me with any questions I had.

The perfect place

Lourdes was very professional very helpful, she make us feel like home.. I been making reservations thru vrbo for years know but Lourdes property it’s been the cleanest, and Lourdes always been In contact for anything we needed we definitely coming back..

Studio is on the first floor with easy access.
Just walk to the pool and to the beach through our walkway.
You park your car by yourself, displaying my apt's red parking tag, in the Center or in the Northside parking lots.
There will be no contact with anyone, which it's very safe and convenient during Covid 19.
