Unit is fully decorated and equipped with 2 TV set, two queen size beds, Two sleeper sofa, linens, etc. Roomy master bedroom and oversized walking closet. Large living/dining and kitchen. Wifi and TV cable. Essentials provided for the first day.

- Nicely decorated & furnished
Cable TV; Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, Micro Wave Ovens, and all necessary Kitchen Appliances and utensiles. Bathroom with Tub and Shower.

Vacaciones en familia

En general muy bien, deben mejorar el estado de algunos detalles menores del departamento, manijas, utensilios de cocina, almohadas, cosas menores. Muy buena ubicación. Vista hermosa al mar, lindo departamento.

Centrally located

This was our first time at the Tides. The property was centrally located. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was steps from the property and the pool was clean and heated. The gym was a nice feature with ample machines and weights. The only criticism I have was that even though there were signs about reserving pool chairs it was not adhered to as everyday chairs had towels on them starting at 8 in the morning for hours before they were occupied

So much fun!

We had a great time. We loved the condo. It was very clean in a great location and the property owners were wonderful to work with. 😀 We will be back!

For What It's Worth

It was okay for what it's worth, but felt like we could've/should've paid a small bit more for something in a better area, better check-in process, resort staff and a little nicer rooms. Property owner was nice and responsive and provide all the details to check-in before. But the check-in process with the additional costs is a headache. If you're in need of a room to be down for an event, this is fine. But if you're looking for the place to be part of the experience, I'd look elsewhere.

This building has direct access to the beach. It is family and kids friendly. I has many amenities and it has been recently updated with new elevators and a very nice staff of people. It has a mini market and a restaurant where you can order food to the beach, pool and apartment.
The rent price per night is very affordable

The unit has a beautiful view with balcony from where you can enjoy the sunset. the apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped.
