* House is about 3000 SF sits on an over 24,000 SF Lot (larger than half acre)
* Large Swimming Pool to enjoy Southern California weather (note: there's a $100/day fee for heating the jacuzzi, $150/day for heating the pool or $200/day fee for heating both the Pool AND jacuzzi. Please also note that both cannot be heated at the same time and pool heating requires at least 48 hrs advance notice! The pool can't be heated between November - February, but jacuzzi heating is available year round)
* Big parking space - parks 5-7 cars. RVs are NOT allowed
* Outdoor BBQ Grill, including seating areas
* Fruit trees and vegetable garden is yours to enjoy in season
* Private Recreational Space
* 55 inch Flat Screen TV in the living room, and FREE NETFLIX & HULU.

There will be a $100/hr late check out fee. After 2 hours, you will be charged the day’s base rate but not awarded possession of the property.

NO FOOD, DRINKS, SNACKS, ETC. (except water) allowed in the bedrooms, bathrooms, or sofa! Foods and drinks must be consumed on the dining table only.

Family trip to Disneyland

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was large and had plenty of room. We also felt it was clean and pretty much had everything we needed. It was close enough for us for Disneyland, even though we drove each day to using the parking structure. We would stay again

Weekend getaway

Back patio bench at picnic table we were having breakfast outside sat down on bench and fell through it. I didn’t hurt myself I’m not a heavy person so I don’t know how I fell through hopefully I’m not charged for this. Also while checking out cleaners arrived at 9:30 we were out of house by ten am but still in driveway till 10:07 am that’s when we left. All in all had a wonderful time except the bench going out on me. Thank you for letting our family stay in your home. Sincerely Lisa

Family Christmas in Disneyland

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a comfy space for a group of people.

Great place to stay with big family

Overall house was great, a lot of space for a big family. Outside has fruit trees in the yard gated pool area. About 1/2 mile away from Disneyland parks, no doubt you can walk but we drove because there too many of us and little ones to be walking to the parks. Only a few minor things like tv remotes batteries were dead had buy new for a few of them. Went out to use bbq grill which is propane, tank was empty had to take to buy a new refilled tank, but other than that it was a nice stay. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and would stay there again.

Great Rental

What a beautiful, spacious, family oriented rental! The pictures do not do it justice. This house is a few blocks from Disneyland. But for those days were you want to enjoy a day at the pool, this property has a great secure fence around the pool for safety and so much grass area for kids to run around and play. We will definitely be adding this property to our favorites list!

Plus, it is gated to give little more privacy and quietness. Has swimming pool to enjoy famous Southern California weather! It is large yet comfy to accommodate large group.
