A beautiful light, open-plan home with air conditioning.

One bedroom downstairs with a Queen bed and a spacious loft with King bed, 2 Singles and a Trundle bed.

A gourmet kitchen with dishwasher has everything you need to create that family meal.

For additional comfort this home has two bathrooms, both with a bath.

The back deck over looks the fenced yard, relax in the comfortable outdoor furniture while you enjoy a BBQ with family and friends. Put your bikes and surf boards in the garage. Sorry no room for a car.

This property has a king bed that can be split into two king single beds, if you don't have King Single sheets these can be supplied, please let us know when making your booking.

This is a comfortable home that will be a pleasure to holiday in.

Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

HAT HEAD

Hat Head is the ideal fishing village surrounded by Hat Head National Park and the best in pristine & unspoiled beaches.

The beaches, sand dunes, rainforest and wetlands offer an ideal backdrop for bushwalking and relaxing.

Launch your trailer boat from the creek side ramp with adjacent fish cleaning facilities also available- all only, a minute's drive, just past the Bowling Club.

There are lots of walking tracks to choose from, and visitors can also enjoy bird watching. Birdwatchers can look for black swans and spoonbills in the parks wetlands, hawks and eagles soaring above beach cliffs and shorebirds like curlews and plovers around the beach.

Hat Head National Park is a great place to go whale watching during the annual whale migration which takes place from June to November.

Perfect for family of 4

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice cottage. We booked a month ahead however the front yard and the back yard is not well maintained.The shower head on the groundfloor bathroom definitely need a replacement however the owner or management seems not bother with it just using rope to quick fix it which is not working anyway.The only downside is NO BBQ at all! When I booked i didn't check if there's a BBQ or not as I assume it's very common for an Aussie holiday rental has a BBQ, and it still has a sign in laundry to clean BBQ after use other wise you will be charged extra for cleaning!

A lovely home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Hat Head. The house was great and we appreciated the double height lounge and loft overlooking it which you can't quite grasp from the photos. There are stairs but it worked OK with our young kids but be mindful that it could be an issue for some kids.

Lovely family holiday!

The house was nice and clean with lovely touches like the digital fireplace and a mini Christmas tree which made the vibe just right. We had a lovely stay in one of our favourite parts of the world. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: The property exceeded my expectations, it was roomy and had plenty of space for my teens to sprawl out when it rained. Loved having 2 bathrooms and access to store bikes in the garage out of the rain.Needed help to get into the property due to miscommunication... the lock box is on the front porch, don't try to use the broken one on the back porch! The agents responded quickly via the emergency mobile number which was very much appreciated!Would definitely book this property again. It met all our needs.
