This cottage offers everything you need for your family and friends. Fully equipped kitchen, TV with digital antenna and DVD player, stereo with CD, internet, air conditioner for those hot days, propane fireplace for those chilly evenings. Lounge by the lake, or enjoy a bonfire, while taking in some spectacular sunsets over the lake.
Plenty of activities nearby for those who want to get out and see the sights. Golf at the Par 3 course nearby, or mini-putt with the kids. Fishing charters out of Point Breeze, antiquing and weekend garage sales throughout the region. Or visit some of the best local wineries scattered around the area. Plenty of shopping in both Niagara or Rochester as well as local Amish shops.
Cottage features 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double/single bunk bed, linens supplied), sofa bed in living room, 1 bath with shower, kitchen has fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all dishes etc. pantry. dining seats 6 with additional seating on the deck. Propane fireplace for added ambiance and warmth. Propane BBQ, stove and Hot Water tank.

Salmon fishing

20 minutes from the river where we fished. White birch golf club is a great place to eat, only 10 minute drive.

Perfect!

We stayed here for three nights following a trip to Niagra Falls. The property is exactly as described and pictured. We loved everything about this cottage! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. There are a few extras to hold you over if you forgot something (coffee, ketchup...). We enjoyed many hours in the yard looking at the Lake, sky and birds as well as sitting by the fire. Our stay was very relaxing and we highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a restful and peaceful get away!

Wonderful stay at an exceptionally cozy cottage with amazing views!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing cottage on the lake. You simply can't beat the views and the location. We were an hour from Niagara Falls, several state parks and beautiful country side. The property is build on a classical "stilts" design. This means you do feel micromovements of the home. This is perfectly appropriate for this style and age of home but would likely catch some folks off guard. The fireplace does a great job of keeping the whole house warm, just make sure to leverage the fans to keep the air moving throughout the house. Kitchen is well appointed and we had everything we needed to take advantage of the farm fresh food we found all over our travels. As noted prior the open design means only the bathroom is walled to the ceiling of the cottage. If you need acoustic privacy you may need to get creative due to the open design. Beds are comfortable, clean and plenty of pillows/blankets. The outdoor grill was excellent as was the amazing deck. A few things to note, which certainly didn't distract from the perfect score. At night the property can be someone hard to find the first time. A lighted solar marker with the numbers would help weary travelers checking in late. Some solar markers for the parking pad would also help at night to make parking easier. The water is accessible directly from the property, but is it somewhat a climb over large breaker rocks to get down and up, if you access the water, take your time and shouldn't be an issue.
