The Space:

This beautiful two-story house is ideal for any type of traveler. The ground floor features two guest bedrooms, each with direct access to a private garden. There's also a full bathroom and a cozy TV room, perfect for unwinding. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, and a dining room that opens onto a small private terrace, where you can enjoy the breeze while preparing your favorite bbq. The master bedroom, with its own full bathroom, is also on this level, alongside an additional half bathroom.

Enjoy the convenience of satellite TV in both TVs and stay connected with WiFi access throughout the house.

Note: Please be aware that there is construction nearby as a new complex is being built. Daytime noise levels are typically not bothersome, even for those who enjoy sleeping in. As a result, we are offering a discounted rate.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy the full house and garden for their own, plus they have access to Club House with fitness room and pool ( Currently under maintenance and will be re opening by February 2021)

Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $100 USD per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (80 USD will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). We recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. *This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.**

The Neighborhood:
Casa Paraiso is a beautiful comfortable home located in a Las Misiones, a gated community just a few steps from main road to Cabo San Lucas and 10 minutes away from Downtown.

Conveniently located on the Corridor just 1 minute to Costco, 2 minutes to Walmart and just 5 minutes to the Medano Beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas.

Getting Around:
Getting around the town:
Public Transportation is available in the SJC-CSL Highway, just 5 min. walking from the house.
Uber service is new in Cabo but it is widely available, with exception to Airport and Resorts, where it is not allowed.
Uber is available and they charge around $10 USD for 1-4 pax from House to Downtown.
To/From Airport:
Private transportation is available from/to Airport $170 USD (1-8 passengers)
Shuttles are also available at the airport at about $25 USD per person per way, just consider they make quite a few stops.

Other Things to Note:
We accept small dogs, however we need to be notified before arrival.
Vaccination certificate is required.
Non-refundable $250 USD pet fee applies. 
Last minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

Car & Parking: There is free parking on the street just in front of the house for one car and one block away in case there is a second car.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
