Love love love

This property is amazing!! Owners met us, showed us around, answered all questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Any minor issues that came up they were quick to reply and made sure they were taken care of ASAP. I have been going to this area for over 35 years and this home is one of a kind. I highly recommend and will be going back!!

Not what we expected

Cleaning lady let us in seemed like a nice lady. I fell right away because there is a step down in the house that is not market properly and sprang my ankle. My husband went wash his hands and no hot water and sink was leaking bad he also noticed no shower head. Owner was contacted and we were told someone would be by to fix. Carried all our stuff in and decided to go get something to eat after a long drive. When we returned we checked and still no hot water or shower head. I got in bed and could only handle about 1/2 hour and went to my car to sleep. The odder of mold and Mildred was terrible. I was sick to my stomach. Contacted the owner and we moved our stuff out and went to a hotel. Good location but house needs attention along with the pool area. You can not paint over mold it will still have a smell. This rental was not for us. Love Manzanillo but will find a new rental. Had a hard time contacting VRBO as we also did not have internet. When we did they listened and sent me information for a refund. Owner cancelled our reservation but after a week and half my bank had to refund me as we never seen a refund from owner and he would not communicate with me

House corresponds to the pictures

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean, spacious and provides all the equipments you can expect in a house. The outside is well maintain. The owners were very helpful in the orientation of the city and the surrounding, The beach close to the house is long, clean and quiet. You can swim in the ocean because the waves are not dangerous. Fabulous Home Fabulous Location!!!

We had the privilege of staying in this beautiful upper floor house located just minutes from the beach. The owners were so welcoming and would help with any issue that arose within minutes! We had a slight issue with hot water but was fixed within the hour of contacting them and didn't have any other issues for our 12-day stay! The house was newly renovated and we were only the second family to stay since the reno. We had a beautiful back yard to play in that you would normally have to share with the lower level but there was no one there for our entire stay. If you wanted to go for a bite to eat or just play in the ocean it was truly less than 5 min to walk to either. Club Santiago has so much to offer with all kinds of excursions or just a beautiful clean beach to play or relax on. This home is close to almost everything and even the groceries stores or markets are only 10 min to drive. I would recommend this home for a family, any of our friends and family and we will certainly consider it on our next trip to Manzanillo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed. The hosts and staff were amazing.

The house is beautiful and located so close to the beach. The pool is private unless the lower level is rented at the same time by different owners. The area is very secure, clean and beautiful. We hope to return for another lengthy stay.
