Clients renting this unit are welcome to enjoy the private beach club, 50 meter infinity pool and lounge areas, and the ocean-view fitness and business centers.
The Elements Condo is located in the Coco beach area, one of the newest in Playa del Carmen, the condo has fully equipped kitchen, the living room is decorated with style, the main bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom very nice and cozy terrace with ocean view.
From the ample terrace, with its mesmerizing ocean views, guests can enjoy a home-cooked meal on the dining table for 8 or lounge in the oversize, rattan chaise while soaking up the warm rays of the Caribbean sun.
Other amenities include washer/dryer, fully-appointed kitchen, plasma TVs with DVD and satellite, barbecue, dishwasher.

Muy recomendable

Super limpio, cómodo, y acogedor el departamento, con buena vista contando con todos servicios, jacuzzi, playa y alberca excelente la atención de Mercedes y Alejandro, su ubicación me encantó cerca de restaurantes, de super y de la 5ta avenida, Definitivamente volvería regresar.

Great option in Playa del Carmen

The unit had a great view with great beach club and pool. We enjoyed the location and ability to walk the beaches and to the nearby restaurants and shops. Clean and safe, a great option for families!

The Worst Experience

Disappointed!!! As someone who manages properties on Airbnb in both LA and NY and has traveled extensively using similar platforms, I can confidently say that this experience was one of the worst I've encountered. To start, Firstly, the lack of communication regarding check-in was concerning. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, we didn't get information until we were on board plane. We arrive at midnight and Check in took over 45minutes. THEN, entering the condo, the odor was immediately noticeable—not from the sea, but due to its lack of cleanliness. Old food in the fridge, the sheets and pillows were littered with excess hair, spots on the sheets and and the towels were damp and dirty. It was ABSOLUTELY disgusting (I wish I could upload pictures and video for evidence). I contacted Mercedes (host) to let her know and she didn't respond until the next morning! She simply stated she was unaware of the situation with the previous guests, indicating that the property was not cleaned before our arrival. Subsequently, a cleaner was sent later that day, forcing us to vacate the property—a significant inconvenience, especially considering my senior mother and aunt. 3rd day there was a massive leak in the ceiling over the sink that left our food wet. Was promised a refund for the first night and an additional adjustment for the leak. NO refund was issued, and communication ceased altogether. Horrible host BEWARE

A Piece of Paradise!

This property was exactly as described. From start to finish everything went seamlessly with regard to customer service. The property is a bit dated but was perfect for us. The sense of community throughout the units was great to see. Met a lot of great people who have stayed there since it opened. Would definitely go back!

Oceanfront Condo

Great property & condominium across the street from the ocean! Awesome view! Very clean and spacious condo with everything you need to feel at home. The only thing that it’s missing are ceiling fans in the unit. Will be back!
