Located in the quiet gated community of Marbella at Davenport, this villa is furnished to the highest standard, featuring 2 King suites with separate tub and shower , and 2 twin bedrooms - sleeps 8 comfortably. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and DVD players.
Located 15 minutes from Disney and less than 10 minutes to a Walmart Supercentre, Publix Supermarket , The Posner Park Shopping Mall and numerous dining options - everything you need to enjoy your stay is close at hand, including several world class golf courses!
Comfortable living and dining room areas provide plenty of room for cooking, eating and relaxing. The living area has a high definition big screen TV, DVD player, CD player/radio, two leather sofas and a love seat. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs with DVDs so the kids can enjoy their own shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size stove and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster - in fact everything you need to enjoy preparing a meal at home.
Full laundry facilities are provided with a washer, dryer, iron and board. We provide a couple of wash tablets for the dishwasher and washer together with small soap and toilet paper in each bathroom. You will need to purchase more if you intend doing more washing during your stay. To further add to your convenience during your stay there is free wireless high speed Internet and long distance phone calls to USA and Canada. The pool area is screened so that you're comfortable while dining or lounging outside. There is a pool heater which can be used during autumn/winter at an extra cost. It is a heat exchange system heating the pool when the pool filter pump is on. It normally needs to be on 24 hours before you intend using the pool and is affected by the outside temperature. Please ask for further details.
Crib and high chair can be hired from the management company at an additional cost. Please ask for more details when booking.
The garage has been set up as a Games room with table tennis, pool and a PlayStation 3 with games to keep the kids amused.

The house was good

The house was good. If we went to vacation again I would get that house again. But when we got there it was a little bit dirty but it’s a nice house.

Great week!

The house was amazing. The property manager was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet. The only thing I will mention is that the pool table is warped but we were able to play ping pong and that helped pacify the kids during rainy weather. If we ever come back to Davenport, we would definitely look at renting this house again.

Marbella Villa in Davenport

Had a great stay at the house. Paul was easy to interact with if we had any questions and he was prompt to get back to us with any concerns too. Pool was nice to use and have your own to go to at end of long days. Pool heater worked on ambient temperature outside so it was cool for some days after a thunder storm went through. Not sure I would pay the extra for the pool heater.

Das Haus sowie die Einrichtung war im Internet hochwertiger dargestellt. Es war schon alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar war stark abgenutzt und z. T. auch kaputt. Die Sauberkeit lies stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher haben wir so bisher noch nirgends angetroffen. Nach einer Beschwerde bei dem Vermieter wurde allerdings neue Bettwäsche angeschafft. Wir werden dieses Haus nicht wieder buchen und können es leider in diesem Zustand auch nicht weiter empfehlen!!!
