Condo is situated in Quinta del Sol - Luxury vacational section of Puerto Aventuras : right on the sandy beach with dedicated beach area for residents and guests of Quinta del Sol! Stunning Ocean view from the balcony as well as the swimming pool view. The secured pool and garden area with lounge chairs provided.
Lounge chairs also available for the guests on the beach - only few steps from the condo. Kayaks and surf boards available for the guests use. Parking spaces available. Baby travel cot bed for request.

Puerto Aventuras is a dreamy Riviera Maya location, perfect for families and all those, who want to run away from city noise! Golf carts and bikes rental close by.

You are in the middle of Nature, wildlife, Luxury lifestyle areas, dolphins, 15 min from the Playa del Carmen. You are 1h from the airport in a securely gated community. How beautiful is ALL that?
Security gates on the entrance of the town and patrol on almost each street makes it one of the safest destinations in Riviera Maya.

Puerto Aventuras offers the amazing port so if you plan to rent a luxury yacht or go on a fishing trip, this is the place to be!

There is lots of activities to choose from: you can play golf, tennis, go swimming, snorkeling or diving in the crystal clear waters of closeby cenotes (e.g. Cenote Azul).
You can swim with the dolphins, visit sea lions and manatees.

Puerto Aventuras also offers great restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, farmers’ market, boutiques, spa and gym, hair salon and post office.

Medical services are available (most people here speak English).

In general, in Puerto Aventuras you can get everywhere by foot, however bikes/golf cart rentals are popular.

Mala suerte

El departamento está bonito, pero nos toco mala suerte la lavadora no funciono más de una semana, el Internet no funcionó durante toda mi estancia y con niños en clase pues fatal aunque el personal de administración intentó solucionar el detalle pues fue incómodo, además que el clima estaba fallando, necesitan darle mantenimiento a los depas ya que su ubicación es extraordinaria y las amenídades del lugar son lindas, las albercas limpias y el mar lindo

Decent Condo, Terrible Communication

We have stayed in the greater Puerto Aventuras area many times, and in this case we were transferring from a larger house after most of our group left. This was the 4th time we have stayed in a Quinta Del Sol condo, and we love the location, security and pools. Unfortunately, we had a very hard time reaching the property manager. We were hoping for an early check-in, which we understand is not always possible, but the unit actually wasn't ready when we tried to check in. We ended up sitting outside, with all of our luggage, for quite a while. The unit was very nice at one point, but it needs some TLC. I replaced one light bulb, but the housing was broken. The wood shutters for the balcony doors were all falling apart, and the fan in the primary bedroom was not working. When I asked about the fan, I never recieved a response. The last thing I requested was a late check out, since 10am is quite early when your flight doesn't leave until 4pm. I also assumed it wouldn't be a problem since we were forced to check in late, and I asked for 11am. Once again, I did not recieve a response until asking a seconed time, and it sounded like it was an issue. Even after finally confirming the time, the cleaning crew still showed up at 10am. Honestly, this was a disappointing end to a nice vacation. All of the issues could have been avoided with better communication.

Great area, poor accomodations.

The property was old, unkempt and outdated. It was in need of many repairs. My wife could not open the sliding glass doors as they were wore out and very difficult to open. The shutters on the door were broken and wouldn't open / close properly - very hard to maneuver. Many cabinet door handles were broken. None of the water faucets had aerators, so the water splashed everywhere! Described as beach front, it was really pool front with beach access. Very disappointed with the accomodations. Would have called property manager, but issues were obviously long standing and we weren't going to waste our vacation time dealing with it We spent most our time with family in other units we had rented the same week. If you're going to Puerto Adventuras, find an updated unit.
