It offers stunning city and river views with the bay in the background. Completely remodeled, this cheery 1 bedroom apartment (plus one queen-size sofa bed in the living room) will pamper you thanks to its tasty new furniture and complements, design tableware, high-quality linen and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a Bosch dishwasher, full-size washer/dryer, 2 HD Smart LED TVs (100+ channels including HBO & Showtime, plus web streaming), free real fast WiFi (100Mb), Italian cabinets, and premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero, as well as solid marble counters. Design and cleanliness are of utmost importance to us.

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, Nespresso-type coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner. We also include two bathrobes (to go to the pool, hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna), towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner, and hair blower. The location is perfect. We were able to reach everywhere we wanted to go and see very easily. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not sufficient. There was hair on the bed linens, the floors were dusty, the unit was not cleaned adequately. The lamp above the bed had underwear left over from previous guests!

Honeymoon Trip

The room was beautiful the view of downtown Miami was amazing. Checking in was very smooth, and a host or manager always did a great job of communicating with us and making us feel at home. So many great sights to see and places to eat within a short walking distance. We really loved our stay.

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
