The rear glass sliding doors open up to a deck with a few steps to the most beautiful white sandy beaches Panama City has to offer! While the high rise condominiums boast their "spectacular" views, this townhome is located in an area where you can see uninterrupted scenery for miles in both directions. From the constant shimmer of the emerald coast to the breathtaking pastel sunsets, this will be a place you and your family can truly feel comfortable.

The master bedroom is graced with hardwood floors and has a king size bed. It also has boasts the best view of the townhome as the three large pane-free windows provide panoramic views of the emerald coast. The master bathroom has a custom vanity with granite countertops and a large tiled shower. The other upstairs bedroom has hardwood floors, a queen bed, and a shower/ tub combo along with custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The downstairs bedroom has ceramic plank flooring with a queen bed & full size bunk beds. The bath downstairs has a tiled shower, custom cabinets, and granite in the bath as well.

Some additional inclusions are a 60" smart tv in the living area, a gated outdoor play area that is located just off the back deck (Great for small children!), an private outdoor shower at the base of the back porch, and the deck itself is composed of composite board (Cooler than standard decks and you don't have to worry about splinters or nails!)

Sealee is located 3/4 of a mile to the west of the famous Pier Park shopping and eating resort. Also, you can enjoy festivals of fireworks during certain times of the year that are shot from the pier (which is visible from the back porch!)

Great dining destinations within walking distance of the unit include a delicious local pizza restaurant and several mouthwatering seafood houses. Also a grocery store, fresh seafood market, CVS, and liquor store.

Our cleaning service provides professional and friendly service. They are very thorough (The unit will be cleaned and ready for your vacation when you arrive.)

UPDATE: We are now offering an additional townhome for rental on VRBO with many of the same amenities of “Beachfront Sealee!” It is located within a few blocks of this location and has just been renovated (2018) from the ground up with all new appliances and furniture. It is a 2br/2 1/2ba, sleeps 6 and has a large deck on the beach! The name of the townhome is “Amazing Grace” and the VRBO listing ID is 1518809.
