Please note: SeaSpray is currently undergoing an extensive restoration project. There is currently no set schedule in place from the property at this time, but the entire project is anticipated to end sometime in June 2024, schedule permitting. Here is what to expect:
• Work will consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting.
• Limited to no parking specifically for the building receiving work at that time.
• For safety reasons, intermittent closures of the outdoor pools are taking place now. (WEST POOL, no longer affected by this project!)
• Intermittent balcony closures since December 2023. Furniture will be brought inside of unit when this occurs.
• Brief access to unit may be required for inspections and punch list items with little notice.
