Luxurious detached villa located in a quiet residential location close to the river and within easy walking distance of the town. Villa has unlimited internet access, is equipped with a safe and and alarm. All downstairs windows and doors have additional security locks fitted. The ground floor windows are protected by ornamental wrought iron. Set in it's own garden with private swimming pool, with marble tile surround, outside shower, separate jacuzzi/childs pool, kosch, stone BBQ with built in food preparation area with sink unit.

Fabulous Villa in Peaceful Location

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Felicita. It's location was ideal being close to the river and town but still very peaceful. It is a spacious villa with everything needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The four ensuite bedrooms were lovely but the highlight had to be the great swimming pool which provided so much fun for the younger members of our party as well as a perfect respite from the hot sunshine. The villa is in a very picturesque location, with a nice garden, close to the river which provide so many opportunities for sightseeing and leisurely boat trips. The owner Steve was very helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for the local restaurants. All in all we had a great holiday in Dalyan at Villa Felicita. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Fabulous villa

The villa and large pool are lovely. The owner is very helpful and answered questions promptly. We loved the area and being by the river was beautiful. We all agreed that Dalyan is a place to return to.

Lovely holiday in a fabulous villa.

Absolutely lovely Villa in a nice quiet area of Dalyan but really close to all bars, shops and restaurants. Right from booking had contact from the owner Stephen who responded immediately each time and he was extremely helpful. The booking process was straightforward and simple. Would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday.

Relaxing and Peaceful.

The villa was clean, all rooms nicely appointed. Only problem was lack of English TV channels available, but this did not detract from overall enjoyment of the holiday.

Beautiful well appointed Villa just a 5 mins walk to great Restaurants

Had a wonderful holiday at Villa Felicita. Great Villa with all you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday in the Turkish sunshine. Lovely pool and Jacuzzi with plenty of sun beds and outside seating. Fully air conditioned which is a must. The water cooler was an added bonus and saved carrying heavy bottles back to the Villa. Overall I would highly recommend this Villa and the owner, Steve, is a delight to deal with.

Villa Felicita is owned by myself and my wife. I am a retired Chartered Surveyor having spent the bulk of my career working for the Inland Revenue.
We intend to live in Dalyan to avoid the UK winters (definitely getting colder) and aim to come back to the UK from May to the end of September. We have three sons, all of whom have flown the nest (what joy!). We have 5 grandchildren and can't wait for them to have the opportunity of visiting us in Dalyan outside of the peak times
The Villa was not purchased as a holiday home, it is our home but will be available to rent during the times when we are in the UK, obviously to help defray the costs of ownership. Despite my attempts to stop my wife spending too much money on the finishes she just went ahead!

We went to Turkey for the first time on holiday in September 2007.

We had, like many people, dreamed of owning a property abroad but never did anything about it.

We had been in Dalyan for about half an hour when my wife said:" I'd like to live here".

I did something I would never advise one of my clients to do, I agreed to purchase the land and have a villa built, all this on my first holiday in Turkey.

It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made, by sheer luck it is in the most exclusive area of Dalyan (Maras). It is in a quiet peaceful area but the town centre and all facilities are within an easy, flat, 10-15 minute walk.
