The dining, kitchen and living areas share a gorgeous sunset view over the ocean canal. A 55 inch flat screen television is in the living area, a half bath is off the great room. A covered porch looks over the pool and canal. The outdoor space downstairs next to the pool has a shaded grilling outdoor kitchen and bar. A commercial ice maker, extra refrigerator and bait freezer are located next to the pool and close to the dock. The expansive pool has a large splash deck and a paver deck with lounge chairs. On the dock is a handy fish cleaning station.

Over flow parking for vehicles, trailers and boats is available across the street in a private lot also owned by HappyintheKeys and available to guests of all 5 residences.
