Our condo is in The Shores Club with direct ocean front access onto the pristine NO-DRIVE BEACH. The views and the venue are SPECTACULAR! Be sure to check our reviews!

We love sharing our condo with people who love the area and the venue as much as we do! We are pretty certain you will LOVE it here!

Beautifully remodeled and fully equipped, our three-bedroom, 10th floor corner condo has breathtaking views of the ocean and Inter-coastal/Halifax River. Unlike most Daytona Beach properties, our condo is SITUATED ON THE QUIET, "NO-DRIVE" (pristine & quiet) portion of world-famous Daytona Beach. It is very different from the drive-on sections where cars drive between sun-bathers and the water.

It is UNIQUE: Very few condos offer magnificent views of sunrises over the ocean AND spectacular sunsets over the Inter-coastal, as well as moonlight dancing over both the ocean and inter-coastal. Because the condo is on the 10th floor of an eleven story building and is a corner unit (the reason for its spectacular views), it offers beauty 24/7! We completely remodeled the ENTIRE condo to add to the spaciousness and ocean views throughout. The living room and master bedroom provide a 180 degree, breathtaking view of the beach, ocean and SunGlow Pier, and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms provide views of the Inter-coastal waterway.

Walk out the front door of the building, across the pool and down the steps to access the beach. Swim, build sand castles, lounge on the balcony and watch dolphins, surfers and the glistening waves...as well as pelican fly-bys!

Because this is our winter retirement home, we furnish it accordingly. You will find everything you need for a wonderful week's vacation. This 1,800+ sq ft, clean, completely renovated condo is located in a family-friendly, secured, 75 unit building and has private, secured and designated parking for one car. Additional outside parking spaces are available on first-come basis.

Condo furnishings include all new appliances & white cabinets, porcelain tiled flooring, and exotic granite counter tops. The dining table seats eight and the kitchen island seats five. Master bathrooms has double sinks, extra-deep tub and shower with removable shower head, and glass doors and ceramic tile surround. Guest bathrooms have walk-in showers with removable shower heads, walk-in, glass showers with tile surrounds.

Condo amenities include furniture on both balconies;, free WiFi; secure, individualized keyless access to condo; Smart TVs with cable/premium channels in every bedroom and living room; new washer & dryer; a fully-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils & dishes; Keurig and drip coffee makers; cooking utensils for even gourmet cooks, twelve piece settings of dishes, silverware and glassware; serving dishes, fry and pizza pans and pots, casserole and baking dishes, blender, crock pot; bedding and linens. We provide beach chairs, toys and beach towels for our guests’ enjoyment.

Pack lightly! The unit has an interior laundry with newest, front-load model washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided.

We have done the work so you can keep it simple and relax! All we ask is that you enjoy your stay and treat our "Home-Away-from-Home" with the same TLC that we do!

This unit usually rents Saturday to Saturday only except during September through January, and special events/weekends.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR MORE THAN 8 PERSONS.. BRINGING IN MORE THAN 8 PERSONS OVERNIGHT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE LEASE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and this is a NON-SMOKING unit.
If a pet is brought into the unit, you will be required to immediately remove it AND you will be charged for the cost to sanitize the condo. Living room: Leather couch with two recliner sections, a leather recliner and one leather swivel chair with foot stool and one wicker chair; a 50 inch smart TV with cable; Cabinet with glassware for entertaining, games and children’s books.
Kitchen: Glass top range with convection oven; Built-in microwave; Hooded vent over cook-top; Refrigerator with in-door water and ice dispenser; Super-quiet dishwasher; Two spacious kitchen granite-topped islands for casual dining, food preparation, playing games, etc., with six at-counter chairs/stools. Equipped with regular drip and Keurig coffee makers. Dishes for ten. All the utensils and cookware needed, including blender, toaster and hand-held mixer, crockpot.
Bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses and pillows, smart TVs with cable. Master bedroom - King bed; Second bedroom - Queen bed and a Twin bed; Third bedroom: Queen bed and a twin.
Dining room: Table seats eight.
Bathrooms: Master Bath: Shower and tub combination with removable shower head; two-basin sink. Second and third Bathrooms: Showers; one-basin sink; removable shower heads.
Laundry: In-unit Washer and Dryer
The Shores Club on-site amenities & features: Oceanfront heated swimming pool; Two pool-side BBQ grills and picnic tables for ocean side dining; Large pool deck and patio/lounging area; Full tennis, pickle ball, basketball and shuffleboard courts; Fitness center overlooking pool and ocean; Library; Indoor sauna; Secured building: accessed with keyless entry; On-sight property manager (except Saturday and Sunday) & maintenance crew to ensure building cleanliness and efficient operations; Safe neighborhood; Exterior front door, interior lobby, garage and parking lot security cameras; Friendly occupants and renters give the Shores Club a special quality.

We also have a two-bedroom condo in The Shores Club which also has been entirely remodeled. Both condos are our winter homes...we stay in both! Check out the reviews for that site (VRBO 1045440) to get an even better feel for how we work with our renters/guests. We try to make every renter feel like they are our guests...because they are!

What Makes The Shores Club Unique?
(1) No-Drive, pristine beach: The Shores Club is on the quiet, “No Drive” portion of the beach and offers a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. But just a quick walk down the beach, you will people-watching, food vendors, lifeguards and SunGlow Pier with fishing pole rentals and its own restaurant, Crabby Joe's!
(2) Beach access: When you walk out the ocean-side door of The Shores Club, you walk directly onto the pool deck. Walk across the pool deck, down the ramp to the beach and you are on the 23 miles stretch of hard-packed, sandy beach that comprises beautiful Daytona Beach.
(3) Views: Double balconies and 10th floor, floor to ceiling windows in a corner unit...for most spectacular views! You have to see it to believe it!
(4) Everything you need, plus! A fully-equipped and 100% gutted and remodeled condo with full laundry inside condo. Pickle ball courts, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, heated pool and sauna and the no-drive ocean in your front yard! :)

Day trips: Disney World, Universal Studios Theme Park and Sea World are only a little more than an hour’s drive.
Blue Springs State Park and its springs is a must see: Refuge for roughly 300 – 600 manatees; Park offers recreational activities: canoe, kayak, fish, camp, hike, swim.

Always a Perfect Stay
Hands down our favorite unit in the building but always the hardest to grab as everyone knows about this gem. Cheryl and John are so fun to work with and so easy going it makes traveling so relaxing. The unit is a perfect layout for those wanting to have larger holidays such as Christmas with crazy family. Everything is spotless for us when we arrive and is always equipped with everything you could possibly need. We will be back for sure as soon as possible!

Great views!
This condo has great views of the sunrise and sunset. It is centrally located between Daytona Beach and NSB. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Easy to get to. Lots of beds, it’s a great set-up for 7-8 people.

Beautiful views
Enjoyed the easy access to the beach and quiet condo with beautiful views. I was saddened to see how much of the beach has washed away as the tide comes almost to the building wall.

Before my husband retired in July, 2015, we had considered buying retirement property on the Gulf of Florida to escape Minnesota winters. When we visited a brother at The Shores Club, the 33 miles of perfect beach and the breathtaking east AND west views of ocean and Intracoastal changed our minds! We spend a portion of our winters here - so we have furnished the condo as we would a home...because it IS our second home! When we are not here, we love to share it with people who appreciate it as much as we do.

Because we have been renters of condos through VRBO and other sites, we know how important clean and inviting accommodations are to renters…with NO surprises! We have tried to make everything sparkling clean, inviting & comfortable. We purchased this condo in 2016. This property has undergone a total remodel: We moved and tore down walls and put in new porcelain tile floors and bathroom walls, new cabinets, granite & quartz countertops, and all new appliances throughout. We love our winter "get-away" home and hope you will, too!

A little about us:
We have three adult children and five grandchildren who love our ocean front condo as much as we do. Since we enjoy our summers in Minnesota, this condominium is our home-away from home during the cold winters!

We are non-smokers and trust that you will respect our non-smoking wishes. We love animals but we believe it is important to provide accommodations which are as free from allergens as possible. Therefore we do not allow pets in our condo.

This is our second home. We would like you to feel at home, as well. We believe in taking excellent care of our property and we hope that you will treat our condominium as we would treat it. This means not sitting on our furniture with wet or dirty clothes or doing things that may damage or ruin the furnishings and contents.

We will do everything we can to see that you have a wonderful experience when you rent from us. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

The Shores Club is a very unique property:
When we first visited The Shores Club in November, 2014, we fell in love with the east and west- facing balconies, providing ocean sunrises and Halifax River/Intracoastal sunsets! As we looked at condominiums in other buildings, we realized that The Shores Club had some very unique attributes that could not be readily duplicated: The 2 balconies, the panoramic views, the "no drive" zone, and relatives at this building! We LOVE the numerous activities and places to visit. When our children and grandchildren come, they have SO many fun choices. There are many things this area offers that we had not found elsewhere: Hard-packed beaches where avid bikers can ride for miles! Lighthouse Point Park with all its beauty. Kayaking on the Halifax and in Preserves. The Daytona Beach Boardwalk, the manatees at Blue Spring State Park...not to mention Disney World is only an hour away! Probably the MOST significant: The sheer beauty of the views surrounding #1001 ALL DAY LONG and the pounding waves, right outside the front doors; frequent sightings of dolphins in the ocean in front of the condo and in the intracoastal waters to the west; AND...if you are really lucky and time your visit between December and March, you may even see a whale (or several, sometimes)! The coastal area between Jacksonville and Cape Canaveral is recognized as the premier whale-watching location in Florida. We have seen the endangered "Right" whales from our condo windows the last couple of winters. Right whales migrate to the coastal area between Jacksonville and Cape Canaveral for warmer winter waters...and then head north in March - just like "snowbirds!" :) According to "Visit Florida," there are four fishing piers in Florida that make good whale-watching spots and SunGlow pier in Daytona Beach Shores is one of them. We see Sun Glow pier from our condo windows...and fortunately, the whales, too!

The beauty, the peacefulness of the beach front "no drive" zone, the friendliness of the building residents and renters, the safety of the neighborhood, the area restaurants (of all types) and ALL the activities, both on-site and off, make this place SO special. One of my favorites is the ability to bike all the way to Daytona Beach Boardwalk or all the way south to Lighthouse Point Park, which, in my opinion, is breathtaking! Probably the most significant benefit: There are very few places which offer the spectacular views, ALL the time!
