This BEAUTIFUL CONDO sits on the 3rd fairway of the Vidanta Mayan Palace Golf Club and sleeps 2-4 with queen pull out sofa! It is located on the top floor (3rd) with spectacular views of the ocean, Palmilla Bay and the lighted city skyline of San Jose del Cabo at night. It is gated with Private parking and a 24 hour security guard.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you may prepare and enjoy your own meals. Begin your day with breakfast on the balcony, lunch poolside and dinner out at one of the many restaurants in old town San Jose, just a few blocks away.
Spend your day out by the pool or relaxing on the beach. Enjoy a day of "World Class" fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, golf, whale watching, shopping or just site seeing in this relaxing side of Los Cabos. The condo offers high ceilings in the family room and is nicely decorated and has a relaxing atmosphere.
Amenities include wireless internet, MagicJack Internet phone with free unlimited calls to USA & Canada, washer & dryer, Satellite English TV, Stainless BBQ, 2 sets of Golf Clubs, 2 separate air conditioners for bedroom & living areas, ceiling fans, and secure gated private parking. There is a queen size bed in the private bedroom and a 2nd full queen sleeper sofa.
You'll have access to the common areas, such as the crescent pool that overlooks the golf course, the 50 ft diameter covered Palapa area with tables & lounge chairs.
No need to rent a car if you don't want to. You are 2 -10 minutes walk from Shops, restaurants, beaches, golf, groceries. There is a car rental agency 2 blocks away, if you decide to rent a car for a day & drive up to the quaint town of Todo Santos and its historic Art stores & restaurants. We can also set you up for round trip to/from airport for $30RT per person if you need us too. Also, if you need some specific items you don't see mentioned let us know, we are just 2 minutes from you! YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A BLAST - WE WANT TO MAKE SURE!

Great Long Weekend Stay in San Jose del Cabo

My wife and I had a great time in San Jose del Cabo. The condo was great and as advertised, nice and safe tucked into a golf course. We found San Jose to be very nice and accommodating from the restaurants to the shops. All of our interactions with the owners were great and timely and we appreciate the recommendations and things to do as this was our first time there. Overall it was a great stay and one that we will do again.

Heerlijk rustig

4 weken hier geweest. Prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk rustig. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Mooi zwembad en ook daar lekker rustig. Geen airco nodig gehad!! Alleen Bed was wat ons betreft te smal maar daar komt zeer waarschijnlijk een nieuw kingsize bed voor. Volgend jaar gaan de kinderen mee daarom gaan we naar Cabo San Lucas. Maar we kome zeker terug hier.

Wonderful and quiet and very good clean and restful!!

Very private and quiet. Could always get our own chairs at the pool and move around as needed for sun or shade. Rooms were clean and had many of what we needed when we got there. Which saved us in our shopping so we left what we could also. Kiitchen was well stocked with housewares and was able to cook whatever we wanted. Grill on the patio was also handy!! Washer and dryer also on the patio was a big plus so was able to keep everything clean. Pure water was available Monday and Friday and was delivered at a reasonable price!!! Was close to the Main Street with stores and restaurants available. Grocery store was also close by and if you aren’t into walking taxis are always available nearby. Brent was so nice to help if we had questions and sent us early on helpful information for checking in and out. Overall we loved it. Tv stations were available with a tv in the bedroom and the living room.

Great!

We stayed at the condo for a few nights in November. Condo was almost brand new and extremely clean. Location has easy access to restaurants and the beach. Pool is big with nice lounge chairs and is usually very quiet. The condo was stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Ocean view balcony looking accross the golf green was also very nice. Highly recommend the condo we will definitely stay again.

Just as described, walk to everything, and super helpful security staff!

Brent's space has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in SJDC. The space had everything a home should and some, including a view of hole #3 and the ocean. We used the golf clubs, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella during our stay. Most days the pool felt private, as it was only us there. The beach is just a short walk away and lovely. We could easily walk to the grocery store and to downtown. Jose, the evening security guard was super helpful and speaks excellent English. He helped with the local transportation, taxis, ordering pizza, and just about any question we threw at him 😄. We would recommend the space and return for another stay.

Their children are now grown, and "have children of there own". So now with 4 grandchildren, the "Legacy" of enjoying Cabo continues into a 3rd generation. The San Jose del Cabo area is the side of "Los Cabos" that is MUCH MORE RELAXED. Unlike Cabo San Lucas, that is a party 24/7 similar to Las Vegas, San Jose has a "kick Back" feel to it, with its Art Museums, World Class Golfing, Fishing, Surfing, Beaching, Shopping, ATV, or 1 of our favorites "Dining & A Cocktail", at the amazing Restaurants in SJC! And if you do have the "Urge To Party" take a cab to Cabo San Lucas, tear it up, then a cab back to "Serenity" and a quiet, relaxing nights sleep back in San Jose! As a retired Dentist, the owner understands Stringent Infection control cleaning between guests!
