Arany Ház is located in Szentistván, not far from Lake Tisza, at the foot of the Bükk Mountains and between the three largest cities of the hospitable Hungarian country. The Puszta almost starts in the back garden.
This house is suitable for 8 people who, due to the large living space, can have a pleasant stay even in bad weather.
For 2 people, however, it is certainly as attractive as there is also a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. In that case, climbing stairs is practically unnecessary.
The living floor is about one meter above the garden height, so that fewer insects crawl in and there is much less trouble with rising damp on the high terrace in the evening.
On the covered terrace (3x6 m.) You will find shade in clear weather and a dry, sheltered spot in the rain. There is more than enough space for the large garden table with chairs.
You can sit comfortably with 8 people in the dining room. The living room also offers enough seating with a 3-seater sofa, 2x2-seater sofa and an armchair.
On the ground floor are also the kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a toilet and a bedroom with a spacious (160 x 200 cm) double bed.
Upstairs there are three large double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with separate single beds. All 200 cm long.
On the upper floor there is also a second toilet and a bathroom without a bath but with a shower. Adults and children can use two sinks at different heights at the same time.
From the upper floor you also have access to the very spacious balcony (3x6 m.)
Tiles are on the floor in all areas of the house.
Books for young and old, games and puzzles can be found in the house as well as a table tennis table and a shuffleboard. A DVD player and a radio with CD player are also available. You must bring your favorite DVDs and / or CDs yourself.
There is FREE WIRELESS INTERNET at home
If all goes well there is more than enough outdoor toys to play in the garden. There is also a trampoline and a large sandpit.
There is much to see and discover in the area.
The puszta (low plain) and the Bükk Mountains are opposites of each other but both within reach. The 3 largest cities in Hungary (Budapest, Debrecen and Miskolc) are all within easy reach.
You can also find thermal baths for which Hungary is famous on every corner of the street.
Hungary has the best to offer for horse, bird, nature and sun lovers.
Culture lovers can also indulge in this region.
