If you are looking for that special accommodation... perhaps you are getting married at Founders Hall or Naylor Hall you can walk to your wedding or your family could or your friends. Perhaps you are getting married at The Gardens at Great Oaks... take a carriage ride its a lovely short ride along a tree lined street.
This property is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath. It has a kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and bathrooms with luxury finishes with fixtures we hope you will love.
Spring, Summer or Fall we think you will enjoy the large field like back yard and the covered porch that overlooks it. Play crochet or corn hole.

This property interior has so much to offer; two sitting rooms can easily give your family the space to spread out. A Christmas stay would be like staying in a Christmas card house. As the day light hours get shorter, darkness finds us looking for the cozy indoors. Here you will find the fireplace will bring a delightful place to retreat to.

Planning for fall wedding

We are having a wedding in our family in October. We enjoyed the area, walking distance to many restaurants during our stay. The property was perfect for us to gather around to talk, plan and make decisions! This place is a great get-a-away and looking forward to coming back again!

Family respite

Most lovely comfortable home. Situated in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance to restaurants. The manager was most accommodating when we had a problem with washing machine. I can’t thank her enough!

Charming, spacious cottage, walking distance to Roswell downtown

I stayed here with my daughter, her husband, and two of my little grandsons. We were not in the home much because we were visiting children’s attractions and family in the Atlanta area. We made two dinners at the house. Appliances worked great. Neighborhood is pretty and quiet. Our landlady was very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect home away from home in Roswell!

Our family of 6 (my husband and I, our two children (5 and 8) and my senior parents (65+) spent the weekend here while attending a gymnastics meet for our son. The property delighted us all, young and old. We had plenty of space to spend time all together and also have privacy when needed. It's even prettier in person than the pictures. The location is fabulous. We appreciated the little extras you don't always find in a rental (fans beside the beds, plenty of hangers in the closets, high quality towels and bedding, throw blankets to make the living spaces extra cozy). Our host, Zoe, checked on us throughout our stay but since the place was so well equipped, we never needed a thing. I would absolutely book this property again anytime our travels take us to Roswell.

Charming cottage in great location

The cottage was updated, clean and in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops in the heart of Roswell. My entire family agrees that we would happily stay there again.
