My villa is prepared for vacation rental. I have bought all new furniture, new beds, everything new, and keep this up to standard.

The renting experience tells me that I am getting many satisfied families and friends, high occupancy rates, everybody happy.

I bought this villa for myself to live in while I am not renting it out: The villa is on possibly one of the best locations at the golden mile of Albir. It has impressive views, better than the photos, and during the evening when things quiet down we can even hear the sea. At the same time it's not only just about seeing the sea, it's integrated in the village with a nice public petanque parque opposite the villa, and the road surrounding the villa leads in 200 metres to the entrance of the national natural park.

It's located at 300m from the first restaurant, 400 metres from Albir centre, the supermarket, the shops so you don't need a car, it's a 5 minutes walk. It's a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the natural parque with the lighthouse a great place for jogging, walking and picnic.

The villa has a 7 ft American pool table and Ping Pong table and professional Darts.

At 70m from the sea, at 5km from Altea, at 300m from Albir village and its beach, at 7km from the British party area of Benidorm with its nightlife but at enough distance to be at a quiet place, close to the beach & restaurants & shops & supermarkets & spa/wellness center.

It's at 7km from Benidorm's water-, animal- & leisure parks, the largest discotheques of the Costa Blanca. Close to 3 Golf courses, and a driving range at 900 metres distance.

At 300m from the natural park of Sierra Gelada hill, and at 1 km away from the touristic medieval events Castle Robin Hood's... far enough to not be disturbed for a quiet night of sleep or privacy.

Fit for people who come over to train bike riding due to the unique combination of flat roads and the mountain climbs at short distance.

Ample integration of villa, private pool, sun terrace, BBQ area, pergola shade area for dining & chilling at same level, with a series of breaking-out places for chilling, reading a book, sunbathing, or a gin and tonic.

Heated pool with special cover so that we can get the pool to 28+ degrees temperature during the winter: few villas have this feature as with solar panels alone one won't achieve this.

Central heating throughout the villa, as well as 7 Aircon units for the Summer.

300 MB Glass Fibre high speed internet, with Cable-TV with 100+ International TV Channels, including British & Nordics channels.

We're preparing for an Electric Vehicle 7.2 KW charging post, expected to be ready by the end of 2022.

The 2m+ high wall ensures privacy within the 800m2 plot, where kids can play without worries, a private driveway where you can park behind the large gate 2-3 cars, the 300 m2 terrace which is fully integrated with the 200m2 Villa.

The villa has 7 air-conditioners / inverters will assist with keeping a pleasant temperature all year round.

It's a 1 Million+ euros property but not a typical place where the owner rents its own place: the Villa is getting refurbished each year, further improved to keep a high standard, and I make enhancements where my renters suggest to do so.

I invite you to compare pictures with other houses.... to pay special attention to the size of the tables, the size of sofas, the quality of the beds, the real capacity to enjoy.

We receive positive feedback, on the house and on the service, we listen as we want our Renters to return.

This Villa was designed with a real preparation and capacity for 13 + 5 = max 18 including large sofas and capability to sit, eat & enjoy together... and smaller places to break out. We can add up to 7 travel cots and 7 high chairs, have bed-bumpers etc for the toddlers.

Each of the 6 Bedrooms has private air conditioning, also in the living room and kitchen.

5 Bedrooms have the ability to either: separate the beds, or to move/tie the beds together as king size beds: tell me the layout combination you would like.

We can add additional quality beds in 3 bedrooms and have cots available as well as high chairs , potty, baby-bath, cups-n-plates, safety swimming vests, cots, and bed bumpers for 7 babies/toddlers/infants.


The living room has a large sofa-bed with Good Quality sleeping and dark curtains to keep the light out.

The Terrace has under the sunroof a breakfast / dining area for 16 people, next to the stone charcoal BBQ. The living room has an inside dining area for 10 but you will use inside areas mostly during the winter time as it's outside mostly sunny and nice.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house is equipped with a 60 inch smart TV, wifi internet, . Internet TV with 200+ TV Channels, from UK, Norway, and most other European Countries and the US.

In the 5 Bathrooms and in several bedrooms there is a make-up mirror with a good quality hair dryer so that you don't need to bring your own.

Your reservation becomes confirmed upon payment of your refundable non-cancellable Security Deposit, this takes place via the swipe of your card. Release of this swipe will happen after check-out & end-inspection upon settlement of any breakages, excessive cleaning where applicable, and usage of electricity and gas if any.

INCLUDED in the price:
- Rent, VAT, taxes.
- Pool & Garden cleaning
- mains-Water usage.

ELECTRICITY:
- For bookings done before 2022 the prices excluded Electricity, hence this gets charged separately as 0,3€/KWh via meter readings taken during start and end of your stay. This is separated out as we can't estimate how much you use the airconditioners/heaters and we don't want to penalise people using less than average: airco is not really needed as the roof is insulated so the villa is prepared to keep cool during summer & warm during the winter.
- For bookings done as from 2022 I increased the prices to include this.


Charged Separately, Required:
- End-Cleaning: 210 euros.
- Set kitchen, bath, bed, terrace linen/towels: 18€ per person, per week.
- Gas for central heating during the winter: 4 euros per cubic metre, measured via gas-metre-readings.

OPTIONAL, paid to the Caretaker / Housekeeper:
- Midweek cleaning /housekeeping service, optional

Everything is there . Nothing is missing
We were 10 people aged between 10-70 . There’s something to do for all ages. The pool, table tennis, darts, football game, TV and plenty of space for everyone . Also wonderfully close walking distance to the beach , shopping and restaurants We had a great week together.

Happy families
We were 3 generations comprising 6 adults and 5 children. The villa is a fantastic place to play ans relax. Many hours were spent in and around the large heated pool during the day. Great use was made of the excellent bbq and outdoor beer fridges. The pool table and professional darts board provided many hours of relaxing entertainment. Marco and his management team are fantastic hosts and were always available for advice and guidance to maximise the enjoyment of the stay. Our holiday coincided with the start of the football season and Marco even installed his firestick so we could watch our favourite team.

Very well equipped with everything we needed
The only thing missing is a outside toilet, children getting out of the pool walking and slipping on the tiles in the house was quite traumatic otherwise perfect

Fantastic
What a beautiful and wonderful Villa. The host Marco was at hand if ever needed anything. Communication with Marco before we arrived was excellent telling us about restaurants, places to go and even doing an online shop which Marco said have it delivered before we arrive and he will put everything away, it was just perfect. The Villa is very well laid out, Marco provided the tea, coffee, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The pool was an absolute savour, he even supplied life jackets for the children. It was within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurant, he told us about Bob, who came to cook us a bbq it was excellent. We will definitely be coming back as we had such a wonderful time here and you could not fault Marco as the host. Thank you.

Lovely Large Family Villa
Overall the Villa was lovely, a little tired in places but you would expect that from a rental property. Make sure you bring plenty of mosquito spray as we were all bitten in the evenings.... The view and location was excellent and the swimming pool was superb. Could do with a double oven for the 12 plus 2 of us as we did cook a few evenings..... Communication was excellent from start to finish.
