One master bedroom with a large and amazing bathroom and hot tub. 40" tv screen and cable. Second bedroom with two full beds, 32" tv screen and cable.
TV room with a sofa bed with two single beds. 40" tv screen.
Beautiful and modern kitchen, dishwasher and laundry center.
Gorgeous terrace infront of the pool, make a BBQ and enjoy the weather.
Our garden respect the local plants and you can use albaca and Rosemary for cook something special.
Zocalo its only 5 blocks away, Remate Montejo 4 blocks, restaurant area 3 blocks and you can walk to the museum, catedral and enjoy our downtown.
For stays of 5 days or more, cleaning is included twice a week.

Excelentes anfitriones, la.casa esta muy bien 9cupada tiene mas de lo necesario para las vacaciones

Fernando Y Nuria nos atendieron en todo momento para pasar una experiencia hermosa.en Mérida, la casa esta super bien ubicada, muy limpia y tiene unos detalles que te harán estar muy cómodos, recomiendo ampliamente la casa y a los anfitriones, la pasarán muy bien en este alojamiento.

An oasis in Mérida

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was one of the very best. Nuria and Fernando have created a beautiful and comfortable home away from home for their guests. Every detail has been considered, and guests will find that they want for nothing. The house has very comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything you need, three flat screen TVs, excellent high speed internet, and a lovely back yard to relax in. In addition, electricity is included, drinking water and coffee are provided, and the fridge was stocked with some drinks upon our arrival, which were very welcome on a hot day. We found the location to be great, being within walking distance of anywhere we wanted to go. Finally, Nuria is exceptionally responsive - probably the best host we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Great place!

Could not have found a better place. Well stocked, central location ,clean and safe. Cleaning staff were in twice a week . We walked everywhere and felt comfortable. Nuria and Fernando were great hosts and communication was easy. Would highly recommend .

Absolutely wonderful

We can’t say enough about this wonderful rental in Mérida. We had everything and more provided at this quaint beautifully renovated hidden gem. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Communication with Nuria was nearly immediately responsive. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed.

We are married 13 years ago, we love to travel and usually we stay in this kind of homes.
Both we were born in Mexico City and grew up there, but looking for safety and quality of life, we came to this beautiful city.
Fernando is business manager but 13 years ago remodeling his firt house, since there, it has built our house, a private of six houses, this downtown house and other one that is being built in this moment.
I´m Nuria, my passion is my family, I have a common life, but it´s really simple and perfect. I like to read a good book, dogs and spend time with family and friends.

Finished being remodeled in this year, 2016, so, everything is new.This house have air conditioning in all the house, most of them don´t have it.
It has garage for a small car, in the downtown houses of hundreds of years do not have .
Modern and clean taste for decoration, enjoy the view of the pool from the master bedroom or in the hot tub.
The confort of a large refrigerator, dishwasher and laundry are important for your vacation.
Walk everywhere in the downtown and enjoy the night life of safe city with culture and warm weather.
A dream garden with a unique design with the hammock (hamaca) that will give you moments of relax and rest.

This house was renewed in this year, 2016, every detail was thought like us, thinking as we like it to be if were for us.
The master bedroom to get breath-taking, the tub with garden view years keeping histories, kitchen with everything you need to feel at home.
The pool, chucum cover ancient Mayan lands resin which it gives the impression of being in a place far from the city, and where you can cool of after a hike, with the terrace to enjoy a good meal or a glass of wine.
The second bedroom quiet and spacious, ideal for rest.
The TV room with a large sofa to read a good book, watch TV or catch up on social networks.
It is a house where you can feel at home.
