*** Welcome to our executive 6 bed 4 bath villa which has been remodelled, refurbished and upgraded to an excellent standard in 2023.

We completed many upgrades on our vacation home, we re-carpeted throughout the downstairs of the villa and the stairs. We had granite worktops put in the kitchen along with a new sink and tap, new stainless steel appliances were also added and the kitchen was painted in white. The villa was painted including the gamesroom and downstairs bathrooms. We also put a new pool table in there.
We added two new leather sofa's and cocktail table in the living room.
We put new bedroom furniture sets in three of the six bedrooms, white linens and towels throughout all rooms.
We also power washed and painted the pool decking.
The downstairs master bathroom was also tiled and all the white doors and kickboards were glossed in white.

The villa is located near Disney and sleeps up to 16 guests, it has a total of 6 bedrooms but 4 have US Kingsize beds, 3 of them are mastersuites with en-suite bathrooms, a private southwest facing 30ft pool, spa, gardens, fenced yard for privacy, gamesroom, 55' LED TV in the living room, 42' LED TV'S in the King master bedrooms and 32' LED TV'S in all the other bedrooms, free FOIS Wifi, premium cable TV package and many more extra's. This is just a few of the amenities you get in the villa.

Our home is the complete ultimate in luxury and certainly offers you the very best in quality whilst you are here on your vacation.
The villa is located on a very prestigious private development only 15/20 minutes from Disney and 25/30 minutes from all the other Orlando attractions including restaurants and shops.

The house sleeps up to 16 guests and is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Florida have to offer.

It is situated on a large corner lot and is very spacious with 3300 sq ft of living space inside. The house is very impressive, you can park 4 vehicles on the driveway..

There is a large open plan living room which has a leather sofa, 55' LED TV and DVD player, premium cable TV with an exclusive package which includes all movies and sports channels and doors onto the pool deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all crockery, glasses for both inside and outside, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
The dining room has a table and six chairs, it can seat eight people if needed.

There are 2 large master bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs you will find a further 4 large spacious bedrooms, one of which is a mastersuite.

Master Bedroom 1 - US Kingsize bed - Mastersuite, 42' LED TV.
Master Bedroom 2 - US Kingsize bed - Mastersuite, 42' LED TV.
Master Bedroom 3 - US Kingsize bed - Mastersuite, 32' LED TV.
Bedroom 4 - US Kingsize bed - 32' LED TV.
Bedroom 5 - Family bedroom, two US Queensize beds, 32' LED TV - sleeps 4.
Bedroom 6 - Disney bedroom, two double bunk beds, Disney bedding and comforters, wall art and rug, 32' LED TV, sleeps 4.

The pool area is one of the biggest on the development and is truly magnificent. The large private pool faces south-west so it has the sun on it 365 days of the year. There is a large covered lanai that is 18ft x 10ft in size. There is a separate in ground spa.
The decking is 40ft x 35ft, so no matter how many guests are at the house, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. On the decking we have put luxury sunbeds with new pads, reclining chairs with foot stools, table and chairs.

The rear garden/yard around the pool area is partially fenced in so you are semi private and not completely overlooked.

There is a games room that has in it a pool table, air hockey table and a corner leather sofa.

The villa has free high speed FOIS WiFi so you can use your laptop, iPhone, iPad or iPods within the villa or on the pool decking.
We also provide free of charge, high chairs and cribs/cots for you to use if you need them.
