Dog-friendly and with a shared pool, this South Padre Island retreat is fun for the whole family.

Situated towards the center of South Padre Island, this condo building is right next to the water. Shops and eateries abound in the immediate area, and transportation is easy with the free shuttle that runs until 8pm.

Cozy up on the couch with your favorite cable show or a rented DVD. WiFi is available if you want to look up a recipe, and the full kitchen has everything you need to make yummy food, including a coffeemaker to provide you with energy, a blender for smoothies, and a dishwasher to cut down on cleanup time.

The shared pool outside is great for exercise or just cooling off. You have a private balcony where you can catch cooling breezes or watch the beautiful fireworks on Friday summer evenings.

Six guests (including two dogs,) can stay in the two bedrooms and living room sodabed. This condo is ideal for a couples' getaway or a family. The master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading outside. The other has one twin bed and one double, and a second bathroom cuts down on lines for the shower.

Take long walks along the beach, learn to surf, or enjoy live music at the local bars and restaurants. South Padre Island is the perfect place to escape the daily grind!

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.
Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location for family fun!
Right in the middle of the main strip. A short walk to the beach, only slightly longer to Louie's Backyard and that strip of restaurants. We loved it. Don't let the outside fool you. Inside was spacious, clean, and an overall pleasant stay!

That furniture is not worth anything, its faded, dirty & Very uncomfortable. Pots & pans need replaced all the teflon is scratched & worn out. Not having laundry on premises is tough for long term tenants like us. Location is great for us to our favorite places to eat, Shop, beach walks. Condo is ok, but with a little upgrade it would be much better, & comfortable for the days we cant enjoy outside Padre.

Convenient
Checking in and out was an easy and convenient experience; everything was done through text. The property was clean and located only a few minute walk to the beach and several restaurants, bars and other shopping. It was also great that the property was dog friendly. On the down side, the furniture was well used and could use an upgrade, but we didn't spend much time inside so it was never an issue for us. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Not as expected
Great communication with property management company until I arrived at unit and asked to receive a call. Cricket! Cricket! No one called. Unit was ‘clean’ BUT SO outdated!! Sofas sank in when you sat. Paint chipping off walls and cabinet doors. Mold or guck in both bathrooms air vents. Doors we’re old, stained and sticky. Outlets we’re missing covers and only one on each of the outlets avail throughout the unit worked. So either you unplugged the lamp to charge your electronic devices or your devices would remain without a battery charge. Bathroom & kitchen sinks old, outdated and when opened them up, the texture of their inside was worse. Kitchen full of nothing anyone could use — not at all equipped with any essentials. No extra trash bags. Cable did not work for 3 days. Wifi was off and on our entire stay. Did I mention how bare and outdated the unit is??!! Unit should be described more accurately by management company as a fishing cabin and not a condo. ONLY three things that were great! 1. Water pressure in the showers (even with old, rusted and outdated shower heads). 2. In very close proximity to a lot of great places, walking or driving 3. HVAC worked great Will not stay here again. Will not recommend this unit.
