Welcome to our Luxury 5 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom Villa - The Sequoia.

There are two Living Areas, a Private pool (South Facing) with Spa, in pool/Spa lighting. Games Room, Air Conditioning throughout and Double Drive.

The Villa is in a great location with all year round sunshine.

It is a fantastic Villa with great facilities.

It is in a central location for the theme parks, the closest being approximately 20 minutes.

If you want to visit the coast this villa is also in a great position to base yourself.

The Sequoia is also close to the supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

The pool (heating optional) and Jacuzzi are not overlooked and is south facing.

Located close to Disney's: Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Pleasure Island, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.

Universal's: Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and Volcano Bay.

Other Parks and places of interest: Discovery Cove, Sea World, Legoland plus many Malls and outlets.

Kennedy space centre is approximately 1hr 15 minutes away.

Coco Beach 1 hr 25 minutes.

Daytona is approximately 1hr 40 minutes.

Tampa is 1 hr.

Clear water is 1hr 30 minutes.

Orlando International Airport is only 20 minutes.

Sanford airport is 50 minutes.

Davenport getaway

The house was perfect for us. Lots of towels, dishes, and cookware. The property managers were amazing and so helpful. The e-mail sent by VRBO for check in (home internet/wifi) needs updating. The only problem we encountered was the TV streaming. Would stay here again!!!

Nice house, no pool heat as advertised

This is a lovely house. The owner was lovely. The property management sucks however. My family specifically rented this house that ADVERTISED free pool heat. We are an adult family of siblings, along with my 86 year old Mother, who have stayed in Florida rentals for years to hang by the pool and enjoy each other's company. My Mother and siblings like the heat therapy of the hot tub, and a warm pool. This is our main reason to rent a house with pool heat. We don't go to the parks. I noticed ANOTHER RENTERS REVIEW FROM DECEMBER 2022 on the owners site when I was checking details a few weeks before our rental in February 2023. THE PREVIOUS RENTER IN DECEMBER 2022 said there was a problem with the pool heat and they didn't get to use it, asked for compensation, and owner said it was "out of their hands". This led meet to email owner to see if pool heat THAT WAS ADVERTISED AS WORKING, was actually working for our upcoming February 2023 trip. Guess what, IT WASNT FIXED. I understand things happen, and parts may not come in etc. BUT WE RENTED ACCORDING TO ADVERTISED POOL HEAT AVAILABLE. I contacted the owner before our trip. Jane said it was scheduled to be done a few days before our trip. THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE TO ARRIVE, we got an email saying it was not done, but Jane would contact installation people. We never got pool heat. The heater was in a box in garage all week. No compensation either. Very Disappointing. If you don't need pool heat, it's a great house.

Spring Break Vacation

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location, great facility, very useful supply of dishes, towels, linens, cleaning products, etc. The pool was lovely. The property owners and managers were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended!

Very nice house but some issues were never resolved.

The house itself was very nice with plenty of room for our family of 12 and as described. However, it was further away than where we had previously stayed to go to Disney and Universal and took a good 30-40 minutes each day to get to the parks with all the traffic. We had issues with the pool and hot tub not being heated, 2 out of 4 toilets not flushing and the dishwasher not draining. Mags came out to fix the master toilet and repair person for the pool, however both were unsuccessful which was frustrating. While the hot tub jets finally worked, the pool and hot tub never got warm. One of our primary reasons to rent a house outside of the parks was to have a private pool and we were greatly disappointed that it didn't work and couldn't be fixed while we were there. I reached out to the owners and Mags, and while they were responsive, they could not get the issues resolved during our stay. I asked Jane if any consideration could be made given the inconvenience and disappointment and she simply said sorry and that the issues were subsequently fixed. I see a review a month after our stay with the same issues, so evidently, they were not! Therefore, I would be cautious about renting given these issues which seem to have been ignored, unless more recent reviews state otherwise.

Great Location. Cold hot tub. Broken dishwasher

Great kocation for Disney and Universal. Maybe a good property for a family who planned to spend all day at there parks. Had to wash dishes by hand for a week because property manager couldn't fix dishwasher in 6 days. Hot tub and pool were cold because of a bad water heater which owner also said was beyond her control. Owner was quick to answer but unaware and ultimately unable to resolve major issues with the property before or during our arrival. When we asked for some compromise or consideration, they said everything was "out of their hands."

Hello, My Name is Jane. I am married to Dean. We have been together since 1997 and got married in 2010. We have two wonderful children called Ben and Max. We bought this house in January 2018 from the previous owners Andrea and Tony Bligh, like them we fell in love with the house and it's location.
We have stayed 3 times in Andrea and Tony's villas, as they are family. Staying on the last couple of occasions in this villa, The Sequoia, so we were so pleased to take over the running of the villa. We hope to carry on where Andrea and Tony left off, ensuring a wonderful family home can be shared with so many people.
