We now call Kauai our home with the Greatest of Gratitude in our Hearts. We are a family of 3 living the dream. This vacation rental is our way of sharing this island paradise with you!


For us, Kauai is Heaven on Earth. From relaxing on lazy stretches of sandy beaches, snorkeling with massive sea turtles and colorful fish - to golf, hiking, surfing and more it's always another amazing day in paradise.

The North Shore of Kauai is Spectacular! The Alii Kai Resort is a Lush Tropical Gem set back off the ocean bluff. The view from this condo is a Tropical Garden and a Distant & Partial Ocean View. Watch Humpback Whales (when in season) from the Patio. It is very peaceful here. Listen to the tropical birds sing....

This property is located in the beautiful resort community of Princeville. Minutes from all that Kauai has to offer. The Alii Kai II Resort has a large Pool, large Jacuzzi, Kids Pool, 2 BBQ Gas Grills, Bags of Ice & a Covered Eating Pavilion poolside.

What sets this property apart from the rest: The Location & Quality Interior. The Guest Services & Maintenance are exceptional. Unlike other rental managers, we live in Princeville and assist promptly with any unforeseen maintenance repair. WiFi not working, give us a call. Something breaks, we will fix or replace it.

We offer a complimentary concierge service to our guests. We share the various prices and explain the activities in detail. We schedule activities in advance of the guests arrival or once the guest is on island.
